The house is absolutely amazing. It is full of character and interesting architectural and decorative details. The rooms are all very comfortable and spacious. We stayed with a large family group and the house has several lovely communal spaces, but also enough bedrooms and different areas for people to have their own quiet space as needed. The garden is beautiful, and excellent for children to play in. Valognes is a great little town with the essentials within a 10-15 min walk (bakery, supermarket, bank, train station) and there are many beautiful beaches within a 30 min drive. Catherine and Anne were extremely responsive and helpful, thank you! It was the perfect summer stay for us.

Nathalie was a wonderful host! This is probably the most beautiful Airbnb apartment I have ever stayed in. It is a home built in 1845 that's has been completely renovated with great care. You cannot go wrong with staying at this location! I'd stay again in a heartbeat! Merci Nathalie!!
