Apartment furnished with antique furniture, equipped with everything you need. Small and cozy, with attention to the smallest details, perfect as a base for exploring the city. From here, you can walk to the main monuments in a few minutes: Duomo, Rocca Albornoziana and Museo del Ducato, Ponte delle Torri. My place is good for couples and solo travelers.

The communal areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to feast your eyes on the evocative landscape that will accompany every single day of your stay.

A small apartment in the upper part of Spoleto, 50 meters from Piazza del Mercato and 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, with a beautiful 40 sqm garden nestled among the alleys of the historic center, where you can dine outdoors on cool summer evenings by torchlight; the kitchen is available for guests. The exits of the alternative mobility route are a few meters away, to allow you to choose the best way to get around for your visit to the city.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
