WHU-near 1-room apartment, near Schönstadt+Rheinsteig

Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The location was very close to Koblenz and Andernach (and certainly others). We stayed there for 3 nights and will check in again at any time. The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Very clean and tidy. Everything that needed to be there was there. There was nothing missing. There was even a minibar and snacks for a small amount of money. We highly recommend this provider and this apartment.

Beautifully located vacation home with garden

Our stay at this lovely getaway in Vallendar was 5 star PLUS! We had a relaxing week in this sweet village and felt so at home. The kitchen had all of the amenities, cookware and basic spices to make meals, but we were tempted by all of the lovely restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a nice feature. The laundry was appreciated as we traveled with carry-on luggage. The hosts were responsive to our questions and lived close by if support was needed. The house was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful. Highly recommended from these Canadian travelers.

Just a great place! 😊 We felt very comfortable and the apartment was much bigger and more spacious than expected. Also, everything was very neat and clean. Communication was great and very straightforward. We can only recommend it and would come back any time.
