Beautiful, historic house, which was extremely successfully and stylishly renovated by the hosts. The original surfaces can be seen throughout the house and convey an authentic impression of the 18th century building. The interior, including the coffee machine, is very high quality and makes the stay even more enjoyable. The house has several pergolas and a spacious garden surrounding the house, where you can enjoy a wonderful stay. The quiet location of the house in the small hamlet of Boschetto is uniquely beautiful. The hostess was extremely nice, she also had great recommendations for excursions in the area, as well as for the best gelati and bread and other things. We fell in love with the wonderful house and Boschetto and will be happy to come back.

Nice vacation as always in Zoé's rustico, although we had quite a lot of rain, but not enough to ruin our holidays there, which we always enjoy so much, very relaxing and quiet and so good restaurants in Valle Maggia to have nice dinners...we even managed to get some swimming in the Maggia river, refreshing but so good!! Thanks again Zoé, we always feel welcome there

We had a truly wonderful stay at Barbara and Rolando’s beautiful rustico in Val Bavona. The house is full of charm, thoughtfully restored, and perfectly situated in one of the most stunning and peaceful valleys we’ve ever visited. Barbara and Roland were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love and care into the place—it has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you’re looking for a quiet escape in nature with breathtaking scenery all around, this is the perfect spot. We hope to return someday!

Our 2 dogs loved the beautifully maintained lawn, which is fully fenced. Idyllically quiet and private, we liked that very much. Ideally located for hiking and the bus station is also very close. There is nothing missing in the house.

Vittoria welcomed us in a very friendly way. A wonderful separate cottage, with a beautiful shady pergola and a beautiful view of the Ticino mountains. Everything was very clean. Practical and cozy. Because it was very hot, Vittoria even brought us a fan. We really enjoyed our holidays in the Maggiatal.

great rustico in avegno - beautiful garden and super well equipped! there are several nice grottos in walking distance, and the maggia valley is so beautiful to explore. can really recommend to stay with ulrike!

Great place to stay in beautiful Ticino!

A comfortable, sparkling clean, quick to find gem in a beautiful village! We loved how easy it was to explore Moghegno and Maggia by foot and the surrounding region by car. We would love to stay at Astrid’s place again when we return to Maggia!

We had a wonderful stay in Avegno in Ticino! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well located to explore the beautiful surroundings. A big thank you to Mariam, who welcomed us very kindly and was always helpful with questions. My friend and I enjoyed the time there very much and would love to come back anytime. Absolute recommendation!

Kathrin and Thomas were very flexible and accommodating at check-in. The house is very easy to find. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. It is very clean and spacious. In addition, it has enough storage space to store the things you bring with you. We noticed the many small extras such as mobile phone charging cable, very well-equipped kitchen for self-catering, bathroom with everything you need, fresh herbs for self-service in the garden, salad as desired, etc. In hot weather, they also shaded the seating area. This service is simply great. Kathrin or Thomas were always available and gave great information. Thank you both for the great week. You are excellent and extremely likeable hosts. We look forward to another time.

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Everything was tip top, everything worked out great. Very pleasant apartment, enough space for 2 people, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious sun terrace. James is very helpful and friendly, has helpful tips and responds quickly. Thank you for the good care, we felt very much at home. Good starting point for our bike tours in the area. Supermarket and restaurants right around the corner. Only the bell tower next door rings very loudly and very frequently (every quarter of an hour) and at 7 a.m. m. also very long. The Bimmel program runs between 5 pm and midnight. If you have a light sleep, it's a bit annoying :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.
