Historic home in archaic Maggi Valley

According to the legend my house served as a post office and also housed travellers. The thick stone walls may hold many stories about it, maybe you would like to add yours. In a quiet side street, where only the murmur of the village fountain interrupts the peace and quiet, you live in a lovingly restored house with a kitchen/living room on the ground floor, 4 guest rooms with shower/toilet on the 1st floor and 2 other rooms with bathroom and kitchen/living room on the 2nd floor .

Rustic surrounded by greenery, close to the river and its beaches, rock for climbing 30m, klettern, 200m Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5km) 10 min WALK from the road on a path. Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

The swimming pool is open only in the summer time. Otherwise it is covered with a tarp.

Wild Valley Puro Ticino 1+2 in Onsernone Valley

This sun-filled house with 2 spacious apartments in the Onsernone Valley's quietest village is a great place to get away from it all. The views of Italy from the large covered balcony and garden are breathtaking, as is the river 30 minutes hiking below the house! In 40 minutes you can be in Locarno/Ascona on Lago Maggiore. You can reach Centovalli and Valle Maggia in 30 minutes, and Lavertezzo in Val Vigezzo in 1 hour. There is a restaurant only 300 meters from the house.

The apartment is in a house of the 1800s that over the years has been renovated. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood stove, the floors as the ceilings are made of wood. To access the bathroom there is a staircase. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. There are public transport stops a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, please notify your furry friend when booking.

Einfaches Steinhaus mit fliessend Warmwasser, vollständig ausgerüsteter Küche, aber kein Geschirrspüler und keine Waschmaschine. Heizung bei Bedarf mit Gas oder Holz. WLAN vorhanden, kein TV.
