House holiday rentals in Valle de Lecrín

We spent a great week with our family in Philippe's house. The house is nestled in the beautiful nature with a view of the reservoir and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, which are still snow-covered in our time. You live there in harmony with nature and can discover a lot. Our kids really enjoyed the garden and especially the pool. We took many beautiful excursions from there to Granada (Alhambra) and also up into the mountains and felt very comfortable.

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

The house is lovingly designed, you can tell that she lived here herself. Everything is decorated in white, we felt right at home. The location is fantastic, the beach, bars and restaurants are around the corner and also a supermarket is two minutes away. We will be happy to come back sometime. Pearl is always quickly accessible and is always helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine cottage! The surroundings are stunning, the pool is lovely and we had everything we needed. Mark was super responsive, gave lots of recommendations and was very quick to get to us and fix the hob when we told him the gas had ran out one morning. It’s in a great location to explore lots of the surrounding towns, including Granada. We’d happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

Very comfortable and relaxing stay in a lovely house. The views are great and so is the pool. It’s even nicer than the photos. Super clean. Off the beaten track and has hiking trails around it.

We had a wonderful time at Hermy’s place. A charming home with everything you need for a relaxing trip; close to Granada so you can explore the city in the day, and peaceful in the evenings with a more local vibe. Hermy was a fabulous host. Highly recommend!

Francisco accompanied us to the accommodation on the day of arrival. The way to the accommodation is unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it. It is not a bad idea to rent an off-road car or SUV incl. Underbody protection in full casco form, as the small remaining part of the road is unpaved and rocky. We had a Ford Kuga with front-wheel drive and this was definitely very good for the roads. But you can also get to your destination with a golf cart or something similar. The accommodation itself was as in the pictures - perfect. The kitchen was just as well equipped as at home. Even with larger meals to prepare, nothing was missing. Francisco was so kind and gave us some food and drinks and coffee on arrival. Francisco also gave us good tips for the area. The house itself is perfect, everything was in the best condition. The view of the beach and the mountains is indescribably beautiful, it is quiet and undisturbed.

I almost don't want promote this place because it is so special and beautiful we want to keep it to ourselves.... The magic of this setting is unbelievable, by far the best place we stayed on our whole trip through Spain. The home is more than a place to stay it is an experience and we can't wait to return. Valérie is an amazing host and provided everything we needed. If you stay here please be respectful as you can see that Valérie has put so much love into making this place special, all guest staying here should treat it with the same love and care.

This place is fantastic. We were 3 couples and we all had plenty of room. It’s beautiful and well appointed. The rooftop terrace has the best view of Alhambra. Our host was very attentive and helpful. She sent plenty of information that was very helpful prior to our check in. If you arrive by car you need to park in a lot 1km from the place. She gave us great instructions. From there you need to taxi or walk in. No big deal, but 2 taxis refused to take us in to the narrow street. So they may drop you 100 meters and you just walk in from there. The neighborhood is very picturesque and there is a grocery very close. Easy (but hilly) walk into town. The flat is 4 levels with lots of stairs. This was not a problem for us, (we enjoyed the privacy the different levels provided) but if you have trouble with stairs this is probably not the best choice. All in all I say “yes!!” this is a great place. Plan ahead if you want to visit Alhambra. You need to buy entry tickets well in advance online.

We stayed in Danielle and Michel's beautiful casita for over a week. They built this casita themselves and furnished it with great care and attention. We felt right at home. Warm welcome and also easily accessible in between for questions or tips. The view is phenomenal! Looking out over the valley in the shade of the grapevines, truly beautiful. The accommodation is easy to reach, the last part of the access road requires some agility; for this we received clear instructions from Danielle in advance. We absolutely recommend this location and would love to come back!

This is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had, from the location to the host, to the amenities, to the area. I am fortunate enough to be well travelled, and to have stayed in many hotels, apartments and Airbnb’s. There is always something that could be better, but not here. Everything was absolutely perfect. The property is actually even more beautiful than the photos portray. I love the privacy of this property; this holiday I was keen on doing a lot of relaxing by the pool, this was the best property possible to do so. The geographical position of this property is excellent also, it’s great being just outside of Granada as you get the peace and serenity of the countryside and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the center of one of the most beautiful cities on earth. Plus, you are closer to the beach! The lovely couple that own the property could not have been more hospitable and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. I could not recommend this property enough.

Great place to stay! Amazing view! We enjoyed it. If you have a toddler it doesn’t fit for the family of 2 adults and a child because there is not enough place inside. There are not enough cuttlers in the kitchen. There are many insects outside the house.

RAS in terms of accommodation and communication. The house is clean and maintained. the only downside during the stay, the pool was inaccessible (No water). No communication was sent to us...

Beautiful, clean, very well equipped, traditional Spanish town house. Right in the centre of Nerja, extremely close to everything.

We very much enjoyed our 4-day-stay in La Casita Secreta: The apartment and the garden are a real oasis: calm, green, beautiful! With a fantastic view, a gorgeous plunge pool to cool down, carefully selected interior and a kitchen well equipped with everything you need to enjoy calm days. La Casita is the perfect place for all who seek a beautiful hideaway and slow life in a small andaluz mountain village - away from full beaches and mass tourism. The house is a delight and Pitres has everything you could need. We didn't have a car and wanted for nothing. The house is spotless and the kitchen is well equipped. The house doesn't have central heating but the woodburner kept us warm and cosy. Guadalupe was so helpful and kind and we felt really welcome and at home. Highly recommend

We greatly enjoyed the beautiful White House! Due to the cold outside, it was wonderful to turn on the fireplace. There was plenty of wood for this, really great. In addition, the rooms could be heated via a radiator if necessary. There was also an abundance of provisions and herbs, which we were allowed to use if desired. We haven't experienced anything like this! Furthermore, a lovely cozy house, a beautiful area and an attentive host!

This is a lovely property for two people. It is very well looked after and has everything that you could need. The location is wonderful and the hosts are very nice people. We would definitely stay here again.

Good accommodation located in the narrow alleys of Capileira. Less bright than we thought but in the hot weather, it's not bad :) Leave your car in one of the free parking lots at the top of the village and walk down!

Despite being difficult to reach, they took care to inform us of all the details and we arrived very easily. It is a very nice and quiet accommodation. It was a pleasure to enjoy the stay.

A truly charming stay in a beautiful Andalusian townhome! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning mountain views. Having quiet parking within walking distance was a huge plus. Be aware there's a bit of uphill walking to the property, which can be a small challenge with luggage, but it's well worth it for the lovely setting.
