Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Valla Beach

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Great place for solo travellers or couples to stay at in Scotts Head. Beautiful views of Little beach and the ocean were fantastic to wake up to and watch the sunrise. The unit is a good sized bedsit and the kitchen has all you'll need, including condiments. The fresh warm bread on Saturday morning was a pleasant surprise!

We had a fabulous weekend in South West Rocks for the running festival. The Airbnb is right on the trail connecting South West Rocks and the Gaol, making it a perfect place for the entire family. It is clear that a great deal of thought and care has been put into the Airbnb. We wanted for nothing! Toddler and pet friendly.

Stayed a night at Andrew’s amazing cabin, it was meticulously maintained and well stocked with snacks and breakfast staples. The views are incredible, we watched a glorious sunrise before we continued our journey home. Would love to spend a few days here rather than just passing through for 1 night. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here.

What an incredible long weekend! The house is great, has absolutely everything you need and you cannot beat that view! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back :)

We loved staying at this beautiful house for our girls weekend. About 5 mins drive from bellengin, in a semi rural area with no other house it sight. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, lovely deck. Highly recommend

The home was lovely. Really spacious for what we needed. The location couldn't have been better for us as we brought our dog and there's a dog friendly beach about 2 minutes away. The bedrooms are well spread out and the kitchen is functional. But the best part was communication from the host which was both prompt and helpful.

Chris and Wayne, thank you for having our family at Emerald Beach. Super friendly hosts, you could not have been more accomodating of us. The view from the sun drenched balcony is spectacular. We’d love to stay again sometime.

This is a beautiful apartment very tastefully furnished, with a great verandah area very private with a lovely view. We felt very relaxed here and would have no hesitation recommending this beautiful apartment for a stay in Coffs Harbour.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Bed was very comfortable and view from the unit was beautiful and lots of privacy. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay and only wish we were staying longer! A clean, comfortable space, a short walk to the stunning bay to see the sunrise. Would definitely stay again next time we visit the area!

Our stay at Matariki was nothing short of exceptional. Our host, Julie, was warm, welcoming, proactive in her communication and quick to respond to questions. The welcome basket was great and Julie’s sourdough is worth fighting for! The location is very convenient and peaceful and the accommodation is very comfortable. This will be a return address for us … for sure.

My daughter and I stayed here on our back from Qld to Sydney. Kaye and David were great easy to communicate with. Great supply of coffee (we are nurses) and breakfast supied was just right. Bathroomis awesome comfortable bed and beaut linen. Easy walk to the beach with kangaroos, scrub birds and nature on the way. Lovely spot

This accommodation has one of the best views I’ve ever seen! Waking up with a view of Crescent Head was incredible. Christine has put so much thought into everything in the apartment that you feel right at home as soon as you walk in! I will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful location, short drive to all the local attractions as well as the Coffs Harbour town. Well equipped kitchen facilities & lounge room upstairs from ground level bedroom/bathroom. Faces East, so plenty of light. Good views of the beaches/surf from upstairs. Aircon upstairs and in the single bedroom downstairs. Open air parking right outside the unit. Good amenities as bbq area/tennis court beyond which is the beach access via walkway over a small pond frequented by water birds. Don’t recommend swimming off this beach though. Good for walks only. Nice overall.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The place is very quite and relaxing, perfect for a weekend getaway. Steve is a great host, a good communicator, always ready to help. Would highly recommend Steve's home!

I booked this apartment last minute and it was great!!! It’s a lot more spacious than it appears in the photos and really cozy. AMAZING views from the apartment being on the 5th floor. I think it probably has some of the best round views you can get in holiday accommodation there. I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view for half the day. Some of the decor was like a time time warp to the 80s which I also loved! Very clean tidy cosy but spacious. Easy walk to cafe or beach or dine out.

Ignacio and Jill are great hosts. Very friendly and gracious. Their unit is peaceful and has everything you need for your stay. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Location location location Perfect spot to walk to the beach and the Main Street. Super quiet, plenty of space in the unit and everything you need in the unit. Had a lovely stay.

A perfect b&b with everything you need for a getaway. A beautifully decorated space with all the kitchen gadgets, lovely linen, super comfy beds, walking distance to beaches and coffee in the morning - perfect!

Steve's place is an amazing place to stay, has everything you need for breakfast and staples and Steve is absolutely lovely. BYO lunch and dinner and you're set for your stay. Bring apples, carrots and grapes for the horses!

Great location, views were amazing. Very welcoming & easy communication. Beds were super comfy too with everything needed to enjoy our stay.
