Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 minutes drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open according to the number of travelers. example: 1 room=1 traveler. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon your arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for an additional charge of €10/person to have towels.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to update it, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces.
