Top accommodation, well located! Host responds quickly and helpfully. Occasionally bothered by a nasty smell from probably the air conditioning, but otherwise everything perfect!

I was with friends in Valencia. We can only highly recommend the host and the apartment. We will definitely come back on our next stay in Valencia.

Nice apartment on the first floor, very close to the sea. Easy to park. Very quiet area. Large bathroom with new shower and all the necessary products. Jorge has been very kind and responsive all the time. Zero problems, we will surely repeat.

Everything was excellent, we had a great time and the house was in very good condition as described and the area was very quiet.

Everything was impeccable. We had all the essentials for our stay. It is with pleasure that we will return and highly recommend Vincent's accommodation. The city center is easily accessible by bus, and at a lower cost.

Pleasant stay and highly recommended loft. I would only put one drawback and that is that there is a lot of light for people who want to sleep in the living room because there are no blinds. Otherwise, the loft is highly recommended. We would definitely come back

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for what we needed. If you're looking for a space to stay that can accomidate a big group of people this is it! It had plenty of space, good size bedrooms and huge outdoor space to enjoy together, the children also loved it. Around a 30 min drive to valencia centre, 10 mins to betera (local town for supermarket), local paella can be delivered. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location to walk to everything you’d want to see in Valencia. Lots of restaurants, shops, one of Europe’s largest and oldest markets and ancient cathedrals and churches. Place was very nice with amazing views out the living room windows. The host as very communicative with an easy and seamless check in and check out.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. It also felt completely private, which made the experience even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing garden, beautifully maintained and such a peaceful spot to unwind. Highly recommend!

We stayed for the weekend and could not recommend the place more. Antoni was extremely responsive and kindly brought us from nearby Gandia though there are busses. The place itself is beautiful. A really nicely designed space with all the amenities you need and perfect for getting away and having some downtime. The terrace is very large and again designed really nicely, it gets sun all day and has a BBQ, along with the spa room and jacuzzi. We intended on doing more exploring but the place was so nice we took advantage of sunny days and in the evening good food, the wine cellar service, jacuzzi and a movie. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again.

Very nice host and a cozy little house close to the beach. With restaurants nearby to enjoy a good paella. I loved it.

Everything is very good. Next to the subway, a bar next door but very quiet. The nice and tidy apartment.

We came 7 people and the apartment was ideal. Amazing location in front of the beach, restaurants in the area and super cool inside. Excellent communication with the host and co-hosts. We recommend it 100%

Anouk’s place is exactly as described, excellent location, close to the metro and walkable to the beach (25mins) and to the city (30mins). It’s very clean and modern and has lots of little touches to make your stay comfortable. We arrived just as the whole of Spain had a power cut! Anouk and her team made sure that everything was ship shape and stayed in touch, checking that we were ok and that we had everything we needed, she was a super responsive host. We would highly recommend staying here. We will certainly be back, Valencia is a beautiful city and we don’t feel like we’ve done it justice!

just like the photos have a lot of utensils, the only thing is equipped with the only heat, although it has a ceiling fan, everything is super clean, everything is very well

Nada nas arriv Isabel greeted us with typical local food. The apartment is very nice decorated, clean, tidy, with all amenities. She is very kind, I explain everything, to places to go and how to spend our days. Very old In short, host 100x100 recommended.

A trip of 10 Apartamento spacious , tidy, with many details from salvador , explained instructions and operation of everything so that there were no doubts , it was pending until arrival so that I did not have problems with anything , I will repeat for sure , quiet area perfect for a few days of disconnection
