Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valencia

Wir hatten leider nur zwei Tage in Gareths Unterkunft, können sie aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und ruhig gelegen und wir konnten unseren Camper Van sicher parken. Das Haus selbst ist wie auf den Fotos/im Inserat beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist Gareth als Gastgeber, der beim Check In und Check out extrem flexibel und stets gut erreichbar war. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

La estancia en la villa fue magnífica. La casa sobrepasa todas las expectativas que te crean las fotografías. Es increíblemente más bonita estando allí que en fotos. Las puestas de sol eran un lujo. El viernes pudimos hacer uso de la barbacoa mirando al mar y fue increíble. Desayunar todos los días en esa terraza con esas vistas te llenaba el espíritu. Muchas gracias a Mario y a su mujer por responder siempre tan rápido y por su amabilidad. La casa estaba impecable y la estancia fue perfecta.

Un lugar tranquilo, muy acogedor y a parte estaba todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Muy contenta

Para nosotros ha sido una estancia de 10. Tuvimos todas las comodidades que se describían, y el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento para cualquier cosa. Pudimos disfrutar del fin de semana de nuestra boda, y hacernos unas fotos preciosas con un castillo de fondo. La zona de jardín con la terraza son geniales, y la piscina estaba impecable y limpia, cosa que aprovechamos con el calor que hacía. Gracias por todo! no dudaremos en volver a elegir está estancia si se da la oportunidad.

We had a great time at this place! It was clean and in a great location. Angela helped us with everything we needed and always responded very quick and friendly!

We loved the Villa! As a party of four adults and two toddlers the villa was almost completely ideal. No stairs, play equipment, pool, lots of space to look for dragons (supervised). The pool has a large shallow step for the kids to play, the sun loungers were really comfy and there’s a outside bathroom so you don’t need to get water all over the living room floor to go to the bathroom. Plenty of parking. The villa was immaculately clean and well furnished. Plenty of storage space. The bedrooms had great shutters to make it really dark. The host was incredibly quick at responding as well and shorting out any issues. The dishwasher got blocked and it was fixed within 12hrs! Unfortunately the Hottub was not working (the host was unaware of this). He again there was someone coming to look at it almost immediately. They couldn’t get the part in time for our stay but the host compensated us. He provided a really helpful video to find the place. In essence it was almost perfect

Todo muy accesible y buena comunicación con los anfitriones. Ninguna queja!

Questa casa è più bella che nelle foto, ha una doppia esposizione sul mare con il terrazzo davanti e sulla città con il terrazzo dietro che danno alla casa un’atmosfera incredibile, la camera da letto principale è decisamente WOW, il tempo passato in casa è stato rilassante e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, Ines ci ha fatto un’introduzione a cosa fare e cosa vedere molto accurata e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno dei giorni di vacanza, ci ha anche mandato una mail dettagliatissima con tutti i suggerimenti dei locali e consigli sui mezzi per spostarsi. La casa è a due minuti a piedi dal mare e dal lungomare dove ci sono ristoranti molto buoni, noi avevamo affittato una macchina e abbiamo goduto del mare pur spostandoci ogni giorno a València centro o Las Artes. Consiglio vivamente soprattutto a coppie o con figli di età media data la doppia camera e l’area tranquilla dove esplorare in autonomia!

Flexible with our arrival time, a great and clean stay for the night. Went above and beyond, such as providing water bottles which was really helpful with our later arrival time.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, limpio y agradable, con una terraza espectacular para disfrutar al aire libre. El anfitrión estuvo siempre pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y sin contratiempos. ¡Gracias por todo, ha sido una experiencia fantástica!

Die Wohnung von Emiliano ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und fühlt sich eher wie ein echtes Zuhause an. Tolle Extras sind bspw. der Wasserfilter. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Valencia, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Mercat Central und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Emiliano ist ein aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der mit klaren Anweisungen und schneller Kommunikation überzeugt. Die Umgebung kann stellenweise etwas speziell wirken, hat unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht negativ beeinträchtigt – insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

Estancia inmejorable en el alojamiento de Juan Carlos, la casa era absolutamente impecable, fiel a la descripción, mención especial a la zona jardin/piscina que es espectacular, casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para estar comodo, Juan Carlos nos ha tratado muy bien en todo momento haciéndonos sentir como en casa, es un verdadero gusto tratar con gente así, sin duda repetiré en el futuro y por supuesto recomiendo 100% este alojamiento!

We had a great time at the property of Manuela & Thomas. With 3 adults and one toddler there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy both inside and outdoors. I think the pictures of the listing speak for themselves; the property has great amenities all around, it's impossible to get enough of that view and in the evening the only thing you could hear were birds chirping peacefully outside. This place has everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended and we hope to return one day.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de woning van David. Alles was goed voor elkaar, schoon en netjes. De omgeving was rustig en dichtbij de stad. De communicatie met David verliep ook goed. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

Estancia perfecta con amigos. Con todas las comodidades, espacio y facilidades. Incluso tienen más de lo que anuncian como paelleras con rueda de gas y parrillas para la barbacoa. No le faltaba detalle.

Nuestra estancia en la villa fue perfecta! Es muy grande, las habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, y estaba muy limpia y la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinas con comodidad. El lugar genial también. Además la asistencia de Charo, fue muy amable y flexible, pues pudimos entrar más pronto y salir más tarde, sin prisas. Muchas gracias por todo!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

A wonderful house with a beautiful large garden. Exceptionally clean throughout. The dressing table for ladies to do hair and make-up was much appreciated! It's a luxury that you don’t always find in holiday homes! Gabriel was absolutely brilliant. Always helping in any way he could. Constant communication and advice. Very friendly and it is very clear that Gabriel cares deeply about his home. We had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. The pool was rather cold but that was due to the time of year and May being so early on in the season. We cannot thank Gabriel enough for everything and for looking after us so well. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever met. THANK YOU so much Gabriel.
