Beautiful, spacious, sunny, and creatively decorated space with a view onto Hermitage Hill. We wish we had stayed longer and would love to come back.

Serge is a very good host, kind and welcoming, he was very good at advising us on activities in the area. The accommodation was impeccable and designed so that you don't miss anything. The outside and the plancha area are a plus during the summer periods. Note, the accommodation is in a quiet area, the car is essential to enjoy the region.

I spent 5 months in this apartment, and I can only recommend it! The apartment is very convenient, well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether short or long term. Free parking is a huge plus, especially in Valencia. Azel was always responsive and available. Whenever I had a question or need, he responded quickly and with a lot of kindness, which is very nice. I stayed in the accommodation because of a performance near Balang, and I was grateful that José was so kind:) The description was detailed, and if I come to Balang next time, I will definitely come here. We stayed with 2 families and had a great time. The garden is very large and very well maintained. The pool lit in the evening allows you to fully enjoy it. Many activities nearby: hiking, biking, paddle, nautical base. Proximity to Valencia for strolling and dining or drinking. Bel en droit to discover the Ardeche and the Drome. In short, very good stay and Guillaume, our host was very available.

very nice accommodation, well appointed and functional, the house is in a very quiet small subdivision with children's games and a cytifoot nearby. the outdoor space is enough and the ping pong table and billiards table were well appreciated by children (but also by adults!) note also that it is easy to park 2 or 3 cars just in front of the house... In short, it is an ideal place to spend a few quiet days with children and for more entertainment, Montelimar is very close.....

Great accommodation for a weekend with friends. The place is quite grandiose with a huge plot, a very nice pool area, a crazy number of small handmade games. To avoid spoiling anything, we were very well received by Francis. In short, great accommodation and great host => I will return with great pleasure!

We just had an exceptional family weekend at Patrick's! We felt really comfortable and at home. The gite is beautiful and very functional! Each room is tastefully decorated. A great week at Nicolas' place. Quite and peaceful property nearby Montelimar. The garden is the best asset of the house for summer time with family and friends. Great and clean pool, barbecues, plenty of spots for sitting and relaxing. The 4 beds are great and clean. Air conditioning at the first floor helped us during hot days. Nicolas was very responsive and found us 2 beds for our baby and older toddler. A recommend this place for a lovely quiet stay. 5 stars.

Accommodation suitable for families with children (bedroom, toys, etc.). Old house tastefully renovated. Very nice environment around the pool. The presence of the owners upstairs is not a handicap. Discretion and availability. Friendly family with children. We booked for a weekend at the Peaugres Safari with our 3 little girls. Perfect location. Cheerful stay. Patrick and Michèle
