We were very well hosted by Martine and Patrice in this accommodation. The accommodation is very clean and very good taste. The kitchen is very well equipped, you just have to do your shopping. The space is spacious, there is an outdoor area as well. I know where to stop if I'll come back to Confolens.

Julian’s place was most peaceful and relaxing. We stayed a week but could have stayed longer. We had all the amenities we wanted and feel that the gite is very good value for money. The weather was unseasonably cool, but we still enjoyed swimming in the unheated pool. There are two outdoor spaces which we used each day. For cooler weather there is a substantial wood burner.

Alfie and I had a great time at Lee's immaculate courtyard cottage while house hunting in the area. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. A lovely, cosy place and a much appreciated and unexpected tipple awaited us after a long drive, which was very welcome! Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of decor and bed linen is first class. We are looking forward to our next stay again soon. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Catherine and Bernard's. A peaceful and immediately rejuvenating setting. Catherine and Bernard are lovely people, with whom we enjoyed talking. Swimming pool, badminton, petanque court, small piece of forest, nearby futuroscope added to a place where you feel very good: a perfect combo for a part of our vacation. We'll be back!! Benoit's house is very large and well-equipped. The furniture is qualitative and we found everything we needed. The communication was very good. We were a group of 14 and had a great stay! We had problems accessing hot water over the weekend but Benoit did what he could to help us remotely. The location is great with a beautiful view of the fields. The terrace is exposed to the wind, but that wasn't a problem for us!

You feel really good at the Grange aux livres, there are many nice details that you will discover over the days... Sophie is very welcoming, human and caring. One of our most beautiful Airbnb experiences, a little heartache when leaving this beautiful and peaceful place. Do not hesitate if you are looking for calm, countryside and birdsong.

We enjoyed our stop at the little farmhouse. Quiet place, beautiful walks nearby. Jean-Marie is welcoming and discreet. Absolutely amazing place, tastefully decorated, in an exceptional village. A lot of effort has been put into decorating, where well-being is. Being by the water with this view is just unimaginable. Just missing an oven (on the wall above the plates , my 2 cents) and a curtain in the room (hanging on the wall with rings, my 2 cents again). Truly an awesome experience.
