My place is perfect for couples,families, solo travelers and business travelers.

Located in the heart of the Vienne department, close to the Futuroscope (22 km), between Poitiers, Châtellerault and Chauvigny. It consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 with a bathroom and 2 sofa beds on the mezzanine. A large 45 m2 living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a HOT TUB. There is also a courtyard for 2 vehicles, a 30 M2 terrace.

A 14-person gîte, between Poitiers and Chauvigny, close to the Futuroscope. The perfect place for family gatherings or to meet with friends. You will enjoy both the calm of the countryside and the many activities nearby. The cottage, completely renovated in 2018, offers great comfort. Each bedroom has its own shower room. On sunny days, you will enjoy the terrace exposed to the morning sun and the barbecue. At the first frost, the fireplace will warm you up.

Spacious and serene, this 450 m2 cottage is ideal for large families or gatherings with friends, it has 15 beds spread over 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A large 55 m2 living room opens onto the equipped kitchen and living room. In fine weather you will enjoy the sunny terrace not overlooked with views of the park and the wooded valley. Children and adults alike will enjoy the large games room with foosball and TV area. Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Large designer loft with pool (near Futuroscope)

Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated former wine cellar (artist's house). In this charming house, you will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to its large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its mezzanine or bedroom beds. In summer, you can also enjoy the terrace equipped with a kitchen with a grill. Access to the heated pool between June and September.
