All on a small scale. We have a welcoming big, happy and kind Golden Retriver as well as some sociable cats. If you want to go to the water, there is both a sandy beach and cliffs within a 6 km radius. Our place is about 1.6 Swedish miles from Valdemarsvik city center. The easiest way to get here and in the local area is by car.

The old cottage is located centrally on the farm but in undisturbed surroundings. You're close to nature, with wildlife in the forest, grazing animals in the pasture, and chickens and peacocks roaming freely. The cottage is a good choice if you’re looking to relax and unwind or stay active with swimming, fishing, and hiking.

Welcome to this one-of-a-kind cottage in Gryt's beautiful archipelago. Here you can enjoy a wonderful environment regardless of the season. The cottage is newly renovated and with all the amenities one might need. Outside there is a large patio deck with sofas and several dining areas. Right by the sea there is also a house with sauna and a bunk bed if you need more beds. There is a sandy beach that is perfect for smaller children or if you'd rather throw yourself in, you do it from the jetty.

På Kallkärrsvägen bor du i en mysig, fullt utrustad liten stuga om 32 m2 med skogen inpå knuten och havet runt hörnet (ca 400 m). Vakna i er egen takt&njut av en lång frukost. Bläddra i broschyrerna i stugan och känn efter vad ni har lust med. Vill ni njuta lite extra bokar ni spabadet (200 kr/pers och vistelse inkl. lån av badrock). Handdukar och lakan 100 kr/gäst om så önskas. Varmt välkomna!

Guest house of 24 sqm. It contains a room with smaller kitchen (hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave). In the cabin there is a sofa bed and a bunkbed where the upper bed is 90 cm and the lower 120 cm wide. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The house shares plot with a larger house where the owners partially reside during their vacation. Pets are not allowed without the approval of the landlord.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende i centrala Valdemarsvik. Här bor du mycket unikt i ett interiört nyrenoverat stationshus från 1904. Lägenheten har alla bekvämligheten och ligger precis vid Valdemarsviken/Östersjön med närhet till Systembolag, Restauranger och butiker. Vi väntar på på bygglov för att måla om fasaden så låt inte den vara avskräckande för det mysiga du kommer uppleva innuti!
