On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Giorgia and Paolo were amazing hosts! Everything you needed was there and for help or questions you could very easily contact them. The rooms were spotless and view from the terrace amazing. Also very close to Spezia and the coastal villages of Cinque Terre. Would book again!

I only have one word to say: AMAZING. About the place: We have the upper part of the accommodation. It's gigantic, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a living room/kitchen with all the amenities you need. Very clean, no complaints. Centenary family home with a fantastic soul. About the owners: They are great, full of smiles, good humor, and in addition they speak French. They are inspiring and incredibly lively and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with our grandparents. Great and thoughtful, they don't miss an opportunity to please us and help us. She made us taste one of her anchovy/peppers preparations, it was a delight. We even got a little gift when we left. We didn't plan to come back but we'll be back just to see these fantastic people again. If you're looking for authenticity, book now! Thanks again Genni and Carlo!
