La maison se situe à 20 minutes du Zoo Parc de Beauval, à 5 minutes de Selles sur Cher (marché le jeudi matin et différents commerces dont une fromagerie), à 10 minutes du Château de Valençay, à 35 minutes du Château de Cheverny et à 15 minutes de l'autoroute A85.
