This beautiful apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is a few minutes from the city center. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

We stayed here for one night before spending a week a Mirror Pool lakes. The apartment was clean, tidy and secure. We didn't see much of the local area as we arrived late, entry was via a lock box and parking was really close by. We felt secure that our van of fishing equipment was safe. All in the the price was excellent and definitely recommended staying here.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location with a view of the Town Hall and close to all the main attractions. The host was very responsive and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for a group looking for a large, quiet and functional house (we were 4 couples and 6 children). Spacious cottage, with a lot of character, very well equipped, and the 2 indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful assets depending on the season or the weather. Very friendly, kind and available host. Comfortable accommodation for a stay of 6 people. Steeven was responsive when we had to ask him to bring us the missing linen for two of the people. The accommodation is well located for getting to Futuroscope (about 15 min by car). I would highly recommend it.

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. We had a very pleasant week of vacation in the green Périgord. Marc is a warm and attentive host, he wants everyone to feel good, all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is clean, we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the greenery of the park and the pool. A week during which we also enjoyed the baguette and small morning croissants, as well as the restaurant tastings on the site! An invitation to relax with the possibility of walking and/or cycling on many arrow trails. A place to remember.

Nice and cosy place if you're planning on staying for a few days. Small bedroom and kitchen but well-equipped and a very comfortable bathroom. Arnaud is very friendly and forthcoming with tips and info. Great location and a peaceful access point to its beautiful surroundings.

A functional, well-equipped, tastefully decorated studio. The residence must be from the '70s but very clean and with an elevator! 10 minutes from the city center. Small downside for parking within the residence. No spots are dedicated...
