Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Val-d'Isère

Very comfortable, well appointed chalet for two. A little removed from town (a drive rather than a walk) but the most stunning views across the valley (and Mt Blanc at the end of the driveway). Hubert was a welcoming and kind host and spoke very good English. We hope to return.

Week end trés agréable. Chalet récent, bien equipé, avec du rangement. Vue sur les montagnes depuis les chambres et la terrasse. Des volumes de pieces sympa qui permettent de vivre a plusieurs sans difficultés. 2 terrasses pour profiter du soleil. Une proximité des commerces à 5 min en voiture, un magasin à 50 metres qui permet quelques courses. Communication facile avec Sabine. Je recommande vivement ce chalet.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

The location was absolutely ideal - genuine ski-in/ski-out access, with the apartment situated right next to the Palafour chairlift. The view from the flat was truly stunning. The pull-out bed was a comfortable double, and the bunk bed offered a surprising degree of privacy thanks to the curtain - a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend this apartment. We encountered a minor issue with the Wi-Fi one evening, but by the following morning, the host had provided a solution with a connection box. Exceptionally responsive and helpful service. Thank you again - we’ll definitely be returning!

Petit chalet extrêmement bien équipé avec vue exceptionnelle. Gros plus pour le petit lit sur la terrasse pour contempler le mont blanc. Les enfants dé - de 3 ans ne sont pas acceptés au Spa et il faut vraiment réserver. Mais ça en vaut vraiment le coup ! Départ de nombreuses randonnées pas loin et à 10 minutes de cham’ centre.

Le chalet était super en tout point !!! Très spacieux, vue incroyable depuis le salon et les chambres et environnement calme et reposant. La salle de bain dans chaque chambre est vraiment un plus surtout quand on vient avec des enfants. À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé un logement très propre et bien rangé ainsi qu’une literie de qualité. Super séjour 👍

Wir waren für 3 Tage bei Giulia und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Von der Kommunikation über die Unterkunft bis zur Ruhe und dem unglaublichen Ausblick auf das Aostatal war alles perfekt für uns. Lediglich die Fahrt zur und von der Unterkunft war anfänglich ein wenig abenteuerlich mit unserem Auto, aber nach dem 2. Mal auch kein Problem mehr :) Danke für die nette Zeit!

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans le chalet d’Armelle et Sébastien. Belle décoration, confort, tout l’équipement cuisine nécessaire et une vue incroyable du lac. On traverse la route et nous voilà tout au bord du lac où un chemin piéton/ cycliste nous permet de faire de super promenades .

If you’re looking for a snug, stylish base for your mountain getaway, this little Airbnb in Val d’Isère is a true find. It may be small in size, but it’s big on charm and a lovely design. The ground floor flat is beautifully done with lots of warm wood finishes that give it a classic alpine feel without being over the top. Every inch feels thoughtfully planned—from clever storage solutions to a layout that makes the most of the compact space. The beds were remarkably comfortable (a blessing after a day on the slopes), and the entire place was spotlessly clean. It’s ideal for a couple or solo traveler, or even a very cozy stay for two friends. It is very well located in the middle of town. The host was helpful and communicative, and the location made it easy to access lifts, restaurants, and shops while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. Highly recommend if you want comfort, charm, and a real mountain feel without needing tons of space.

we had a nice time at jonnys flat. There was a warm welcome from him and he gave us many recommendations for the Region. In the summer, some of the shops in the little village are closed. But if you travel to a village known for skiiing, its okay. For us it was no problem. The flat has everything you need.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location is amazing. Walking distance to the ski lifts and centre. Supermarket, ski rentals, shops, coffee shop etc all right on the road. The host was super helpful and the place was super clean. We would highly recommend this place!

Alles wie beschrieben, super kleines, Appartement. Sehr sauber und praktisch. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene über ein längeres Weekend, für und ideal.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Ucky (4p dont 2 enfants en bas âge). Ucky sait se montrer arrangeante au besoin et est très réactive. Coté météo, nous avons été servi en neige et le domaine Tigne - Val d’Isère est très sympa.pour ce qui est localisation, les navettes circulent souvent et permettent d’accéder à Val village facilement. Nous n’avons pas touché la voiture de la semaine.

Super appartement, à 1 mn des pistes. Super accueil, grande réactivité, tout était parfait. Merci à nos hôtes pour cette belle découverte. A refaire les yeux fermés.

The apartment is well located in the heart of town… a few minutes’ walk to the base of the ski mountain but still very central. The interior is just as pictured and well appointed, if slightly too full of furniture. Great view! Beds are comfortable but be warned, the place is not exactly spacious - the rooms are all tight, and the portable crib I rented for my infant wouldn’t even fit anywhere! But we handled it, and with two families staying there, it was nice having the second bathroom. Philippe’s associate was very responsive and helpful, and even went above and beyond to help us dig out of a snowstorm! The only feedback I’d offer is to have more backup supplies on hand, such as toilet paper, paper towel, coffee and tea, etc. what was there was left behind by the last guests, but it wasn’t enough for our week-long stay and we had to replace it ourselves. For the price I felt they could have provided these items, as this is also typical of airbnbs. Otherwise, great stay, thank you!

We were so happy with our stay here. The location and accommodation was better than we had imagined. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the main slope and shuttle stop. There is a shop immediately opposite which has a small selection of food and drinks, we got fresh pastries every morning. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. And Liselotte was SO helpful, she went over and above to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful apartment to others. Bardzo przyjemna lokalizuja . Wszystko zgodne z opisem . Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane ! Wskazówki i opis konkretny i przejrzysty . Łatwo trafić i się zameldować jak j wymeldować . Nie był to mój 1 raz w Tignes z Arbnb ale pierwszy raz bez żadnych problemów ! Super

We absolutely loved this apartment. We were six adults and a dog and we all had plenty of space. The apartment was really spacious. There is a large dining table and well equipped kitchen so very easy to cook family meals and eat together. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the ski bus stop and a shop. It’s also an easy walk to the centre. Carole is very responsive and always replies very quickly to any queries. We all definitely hope to return!

Great place, bigger than expected, right on the bus route and a green ski run into val d’isere (but also very easy to walk into town) 5 of us really enjoyed our stay our stay.

The apartment was nice and very well located. You can reach the ski area within 5 minutes by foot which is really convenient. Florian was super friendly and helpful and responded very quickly. Will gladly come back and can really recommend the apartment!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Val D’lsere thanks to Patrick’s well located and well designed apartment. We cooked a few dinners and I would recommend doing the same to make the most of the kitchen. Great balcony which has the sun on it in the morning to wake you up. All round great apartment and would recommend to anyone.
