An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

We rented this accommodation for our loved ones. The welcome is very pleasant and warm. The accommodation is very clean, well equipped and conveniently located. Our parents had a pleasant stay.

Very functional accommodation, everything is done to pleasantly welcome visitors. Small touches in each room, (water bottles, treats for breakfast, coffee capsule, etc.) the instructions are clear and precise for everyday life (rules of good conduct, etc.) and everything is well organized.

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

Beautiful apartment, very quiet, less than 2 kilometers from the center with public transport nearby. The apartment is great and decorated with a lot of taste. The residence is clean and very quiet. We will definitely come back and recommend this rental

Beautifully renovated and comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of centre of the old town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. The description was very accurate and the space worked very well for us as two couples. We received comprehensive directions but it is still quite tricky to find the building so the navigator needs to stay alert. Luggage needs to be carried up two flights of stairs. Overall a very nice Airbnb experience and definitely recommended.

We stayed in this beautifully presented and well equipped apartment just a few steps away from the vibrant place Sainte Anne area. The location was perfect for exploring Rennes, from the centre, with everything easily walkable or a simple & quick ride on the metro or bus, close to many shops and the marche des Lices. This apartment was very practical and comfortable for us, at the top of a period building, we'll certainly stay again when we are next in Rennes. Communication with Lucie & Marie was very easy, as they were highly reactive to any question or query, which was much appreciated.

Listing is as described. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Cesson-Sévigné where our son resides and near Rennes. Cédric is very responsive to the requests we submitted to him. Everything was perfect for a week.

The welcome by Magalie and her husband is up to the quality of the house. Great! The bedding is quality. The presence of basic necessities is a plus. They are accommodating, attentive and responsive. Perfect accommodation for 6 people. Extremely clean, spacious and well-equipped. A small, beautifully wooded and well-maintained park. Anne was very friendly and responsive in our exchanges. Ideally located for visits to Saint Malo, Cancale or Mont Saint Michel. We recommend without hesitation 😉👍

Lovely area, very quiet.

This was a beautiful farmhouse, generous hosts and very central location for travelling around Brittany. Everything you need is a short drive away (a car is necessary). We enjoyed the animals on the farm with our 16 month old and the garden is relaxing and peaceful. A wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandrine’s place. She was very friendly and helpful. She didn’t mind at all that our ferry was late and we were therefore quite late to check in. With every interaction, she was very friendly with helpful tips and advice. Although we were only there for a quick weekend break, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a longer stay.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen with also a dishwasher. Convenient location both for visiting Moint Saint-Michel and for Saint-Malo, Dinard. Convenient parking under the house. I recommend it to everyone

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

Very pleasant, convenient and functional accommodation. Impeccable cleanliness, lots of amenities at your disposal. Very nice location 2 steps from the beach and walking trails. We are delighted with our stay and will surely be back!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

The apartment is in a great location, clean and spacious workout. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and the living room is far from the bedroom. We had a great time there with my cousin and her 6-month-old baby. To be recommended without hesitation

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.
