This is a very clean, well-maintained 3 bedroom (each with an attached bathroom) apartment on the 4th floor of a relatively quiet building in a peaceful neighborhood. There were space heaters available, which was a plus in winter. This unit would be preferable over multiple hotel rooms if you travel with five or more people. The owner was responsive and lives a floor above, so he is available if you need anything. The terrace, washing machine, and drying area are shared with the owner, an adjoining unit, and this one. There are multiple food options within walking distance.

Really good place with helpfull host

Everything went smoothly. We stayed for around three weeks. It's a beautiful Apartment at a peaceful location. The host was always available for our queries. We would love to visit once again.

The studio was clean, peaceful, bright and had a positive vibe. The host is friendly, responsive and always available for help. We checked in smoothly without any hassle and felt immediately at home. Would love to stay here again and recommend others to to go for it as well.

It is a clean, neat and spacious place as mentioned. Though each to & fro trip cost you around Rs.300/- the stay is peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. Please ignore Breakfast if it is mentioned as free. Staying at Shobhit Da’s place was nothing less comforting and relaxing than being at home. Since the time I arrived at the location and till the time I left, I’ve always been warmly greeted and catered to for every need. The room was spacious, furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay along with a clean attached bathroom with geyser for 24/7 hot water. Just outside the room is a big roof overlooking the park and the road where you can sit and relax and have a cup of coffee. The location can easily be reached by any vehicle. Shobhit Da looked after every need of mine and always made sure that I was staying comfortably. His wife always offered me coffee every morning along with snacks and made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend staying here without any hesitation. 10/10 in every aspect be it hospitality, room situation, cleanliness or anything else.

The place is very cozy, very simple and has all the amenities one can need: wifi, geyser, tv, ac. The surroundings are really peaceful and the terrace is beautiful, to just relax and have tea and snacks with friends. Richa and her family are very polite and very helpful 😀
