Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Du kannst vom Balkon aus den Kindern beim Spielen im Sand zuschauen. Diverse Restaurants und ein Minimarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Fernando ist ein äusserst zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder her.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber, geräumig und es fehlt ihr an nichts. Die Lage ist toll, mitten in den farbigen Fischerhäuschen, inkl. gratis Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne wärmstens weiteremphehlen. Danke Carlos, für das Bereitlegen des Portweines und der Ovos Moles!

A very charming and peaceful place with idyllic dune landscape and great beaches. Also, many nice restaurants and bars to go to. What else would you want? The apartment is a very personal and individual place, which -at the same time- is equipped in a way that everyone feels at home.

¡Super recomendable! Todo estaba limpísimo, estuvimos muy agusto. Se tarda 5 minutos a pie en llegar a la playa. Además Anabela fue muy amable y comprensiva con nosotras (tuvimos un problema durante el traslado).

El apartamento está muy bien situado y es muy cómodo para visitar Aveiro. Nelson responde rápido a los mensajes en tono amable. El apartamento tiene todos los servicios para una estancia cómoda.

Beautiful home in a really cool location with a sweeping view of the bay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Jamie was there to personally greet us on arrival and made sure all went well. Highly recommended!

This house is very beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend an excellent vacation. It is spacious and has many lovely spots to rest, eat, chill, and relax. The place was very clean and tidy. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The directions to find the house were very clear, and he gave us very useful advice on restaurants and places to visit. The host was also always available to help and guide us (special thanks for helping us with the car repair). The location is quiet and close to the beaches (10 minutes by car) and the city center (15 minutes by car). I definitely recommend it.

Adoramos a casa , fomos em Família e curtimos cada cantinho. Além de toda a história e memória que a casa representa , fica em uma ótima localização, precisamos dividi-la com os Turistas que ficam Tirando fotos. A área da cozinha e banheiros renovados e equipados . Mesmo com dias um pouco nublado e alguma chuva aproveitamos bastante e nos Divertimos em Família.

Casa confortável, cozinha bem equipada, salão de jogos ótimo para adultos (também para crianças). Apenas a água para o banho no caso de 9 pessoas não aqueceu o suficiente para as últimas que se banharam. No geral foi uma excelente estadia.

This place was so magical. A big group of us came to stay for a half marathon in Aveiro and it was the perfect weekend - the pool was fabulous, the pond was so meditative, the sunrises were beautiful. The rooms were all super comfortable (3 of them en-suites plus additional shared bathrooms) and the kitchen was great to cook in. We were going to have lunch in Aveiro after the race but decided to head back to chill by the pool and have a bbq because it’s such a relaxing place. Plenty of space for everyone. We even had to stay an extra night because of the nationwide blackout and João and his family were so kind and accommodating - in the end we were so grateful we got to spend an extra night in this wonderful place! Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to come back in future.

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Nova, on the fisherman's side, and our host Diogo was absolutely fantastic! He was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cozy and comfortable, but one thing to note for future guests is that the second bathroom can be a bit tricky to locate at first. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that accessing the second bathroom requires going through the kitchen and courtyard, which can be a bit inconvenient when the main bathroom is occupied. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider investing in a dehumidifier, as we noticed that the linens and clothing often felt damp during our stay. This would help to enhance the overall comfort and freshness of the property. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Diogo's hospitality. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we loved the charm of the fisherman's side of Costa Nova.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, kann man bestens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Took Christine's property as our base from which to attend a wedding and explore near by Aveiro and further. Five kids and adults where in our party who absolutely loved the large heated pool. Highly recommend and I would happily return. Love from Greg and the family. Obrigado!

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.

The view from the living room was beautiful, the home was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Walking to the beach, restaurants, grocery was a breeze. António is very kind, he told us about all of the local festivities that were going during our stay. He is also very patient as we locked ourselves out and it wasn’t easy to get back in as we left the key in the lock on the inside. Please note from our mistake.

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. Muito obrigado por tudo!

Diana was an amazing host. Her communication was quick and polite. I had a flight delay and arrived a day late and she was very accommodating. The house was modern and spotless. There are some fantastic local restaurants near to the flat. The sea is very close. I fear this will become a very popular flat in the future and one will need to book along time in advance. Thank you Diana .

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect location for a solo traveler, staying just one night in Coimbra. what I loved was how walkable the apartment was to everything, from the city center to the gardens to the university. And then all of the river walk being so accessible and close was a huge bonus. I really enjoyed my overnight here and found the apartment to have what I needed. Eduardo and Manuela were responsive and helpful!

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

Un très bel appartement avec tout le confort possible quoique la salle de bain est minuscule pour un gars costaud comme moi . Quartier tranquille.
