It is expressly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, it is allowed to do so on the balcony and on the terrace. Flexible and possible check-in time after 2pm upon request and agreed upon by both parties. Important note the 2 bedroom and 2 WC will only be available for bookings of + 2 people.
