Esta é a terceira vez que fico aí, o apartamento é pequeno mas muito bem equipado, no centro histórico, perto de tudo, a Isabel é muito gentil e a comunicação com ela é muito fácil. Recomendo muito

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Helder was a very informative and friendly host.

Pedro’s place was the perfect shelter from the storm during two days of torrential rains and wind. Great location, well furnished and exactly as in the pictures. The apartment is cozy, with plenty of blankets for those chilly nights. Pedro is helpful and kind. Highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

After the initial check-in hiccup with the lockbox, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joana's apartment. The decoration is very calming - she has a talent for interior design. We loved the private outdooor garden and the separate suite. The neighborhood was so unique and we appreciated the parking lot down the road. We would definitely return to her delightful space in Aveiro.

Wir sind herzlich von Elsa empfangen worden, obwohl wir mit einer Stunde Verspätung abends angekommen sind. Das war für Elsa überhaupt kein Problem. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Elsa ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Sie bot uns jederzeit weitere Hilfe an. Die Verständigung ging nur über Übersetzer App, da Elsa nur portugiesisch spricht. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Es mangelte an nichts, selbst Strandtücher, Windschutz und Sonnenschirm standen zur Verfügung. Die Lage direkt am Badestrand mit Zugang zur Mole und direkt neben dem Leuchtturm Farol do Aveiro ist erwähnenswert. Allerdings fehlte uns persönlich die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen oder zu frühstücken. Restaurants, Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche, die wir in Elsas Wohnung verbringen durften.

Casa grande, cómoda y muy bien equipada perfecta para familias. Esta en una zona residencial tranquila que permite hacer base para ver los alrededores. Ana está súper pendiente. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Adoramos a casa , fomos em Família e curtimos cada cantinho. Além de toda a história e memória que a casa representa , fica em uma ótima localização, precisamos dividi-la com os Turistas que ficam Tirando fotos. A área da cozinha e banheiros renovados e equipados . Mesmo com dias um pouco nublado e alguma chuva aproveitamos bastante e nos Divertimos em Família.

Uma casa longe de casa, desde o primeiro dia que o Fernando nos fez sentir em casa. A casa é lindíssima e super bem preparada para receber famílias, tanto humanas como patudas! O jardim é incrível, o nosso cão passou os dias a correr e a apanhar solinho e nós a fazer companhia A zona é muito calma sendo que se acorda com os passarinhos Existem padarias a 10/15min a pé e um mini preço também a essa distância mais ao menos Se estão à procura de um sítio para relaxar não ha melhor, certamente voltarei!

Joanna’s home was exceptionally well laid out and very modern. Beds were comfy and the whole place was home from home with so many things you would need for a stay, washing machine, fridge, crockery and essentials etc. The home was spotlessly clean. The near by beach is lovely, we were just unlucky with the weather so didn’t get to use the pool as much as we thought we would but the playground directly behind the house was a hit with our 2 daughters. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if in the area.

El apartamento era perfecto, la zona era tranquila, a 2 minutos de la playa, había buenos restaurantes cerca y el apartamento coincidía con la descripción aportada. Lo recomendaríamos!

Alojamiento espectacular por su luminosidad, calidez, resta el colchón y el sofá por una firmeza no uniforme. Todo lo demás , perfecto.

a perfect beach house! we love visiting the Aveiro area and this was the perfect home to stay with all our family. Cris’ home had all the amenities needed. a bonus was bikes and a beach umbrella being available. be sure to pack a beach towel! beautiful home. super peaceful area. would stay here again

Estancia perfecta. Fuimos dos parejas y un perrete y disfrutamos muchísimo de la estancia. Lugar tranquilo y cómodo. Cerca de agueda y de aveiro (30 minutos en coche) Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad este sitio es perfecto

Modern minimalist accommodation in an Art Nouveau city was a great dichotomy. Dark moody dramatic vibes to the interior. Excellent modern artistic touches that evoked local themes. Balcony overlooks a busy motorway across a canal but noise was not an issue with windows closed. Blackout curtains made for a very comfortable sleep. Lots of space for us to do a complete luggage repack before continuing on our driving tour. Free parking across the canal was convenient. Highly recommended Mercantel restaurant just a few steps along the canal.

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

El apartamento está muy bien, más bonito que en las fotos, y muy cuidado. Dispone de todo tipo de comodidades, y la urbanización en la que está cuenta con muchos servicios, aunque nosotros no los llegamos a utilizar. Está al lado de una playa preciosa, que puede verse desde la casa Antonio fue un anfitrión muy puntual, llegamos a la casa y a los pocos minutos llegó para darnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento. Es un sitio totalmente recomendable.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rosa's Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer einfach atemberaubend.

This little place was very comfortable, and close to everything! Walk to all the restaurants and shops no problem. Free parking is close by just over the canal took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the car. However you can pull right up and drop off your luggage in front of the, which makes things easy. Everything was clean, and provided everything you need for a cozy stay. The listing is just as shown, it’s a bit small but has all you need. Shower is spacious. Bed is comfortable, blankets are cozy. Helder was super accommodating, and allowed us to check in early.. Also a very trust worthy host and cleaning crew. I left my Grandmothers gold necklace and St Jude pendant at their place, didn’t realize for days later. Helder had the necklace AND is shipping to me in the United States!! I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Un très bel appartement avec tout le confort possible quoique la salle de bain est minuscule pour un gars costaud comme moi . Quartier tranquille.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Maria; vielen Dank noch mal dafür! Auch als wir uns dummerweise ausgesperrt haben, war sie sofort da und hat uns geholfen. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, vor allem mit zwei Bädern sehr komfortabel. Der Balkon-Ausblick und die nur gut 100 Meter zum Strand sind natürlich großartig - für die Nachfolger haben wir einen Sonnenschirm dagelassen. Im Hochsommer sind die Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung bestimmt ein Segen! Toll ist der Tiefgaragen-Platz (steile Abfahrt!), der nützlich ist, wenn am Wochenende alle an den Esmoriz-Strand fahren. Dann ist hier "Party" angesagt - vor allem wenn Portugal mal wieder im Fußball gewonnen hat ;-). Dank Marias schneller Hilfe hat das Internet nach anfänglichen Problemen gut funktioniert. Das war wichtig, da wir so (deutsches) TV streamen konnten. Für viele bestimmt wichtig: die Betten waren super! Und für die richtigen Kapseln für die Kaffee-Maschine: fragt am besten Maria... - Moito obrigado, Maria - wir kommen wieder! :-)
