Divisões amplas e com bastante luz natural. No exterior tem uma churrasqueira que poderá utilizar para grelhar peixe fresquinho da nossa costa. O imóvel está muito bem localizado a 500m da ria e 850m da praia, onde ainda se pratica a Arte Xávega. Nas imediações (menos de 1km) tem várias infraestruturas como padaria/pastelaria, restaurantes, farmácia, posto de correio, bombas de combustivel, supermecado e comércio tradicional.
