Apartment holiday rentals in Vágar

Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg ruim. De ligging is zeer gunstig als je de Faeröer wil bezoeken. Dicht bij het gezellige centrum van Tórshavn. De host was fijn in de omgang en was erg flexibel met een late check-out (onze boot vertrok pas in de avond). Bed is aan de smalle kant voor twee personen, maar wel comfortabel!

Johan var en super god vært, som svarede hurtigt på beskeder. Lejligheden var helt som beskrevet og som på billederne. Ren og pæn og havde alt, hvad man skulle bruge. Vi brugte lidt tid på at finde den rigtige dør, da der var flere lejligheder og der ikke stod husnummer ved døren, men udover det, var alt som det skulle være. God lokation med bus gratis tæt på, som kørte direkte til Torshavn midtby.

This was a wonderful apartment - view, amenities, kitchen equipment, beds, all very nice. Ten minutes from downtown Torshavn. Grocery and small restos just down the street. One of the best equipped kitchens we have had in an Airbnb. Hiking trail to town nearby, including, of course, a water fall. Janus is a great host- responsive, friendly. I often wish Airbnb had a 1-10 scale as many places are not a five bit more than four. But this stay would be a 10 of 10. Loved it, and loved the Faroes.

So our flight to Faroe Islands never landed as the pilot couldn't see the runway due to thick fog and reverted back to Iceland, where we flew from. I texted the host - Inga and she was such a wonderful host that she refunded all the money that she would have gotten if we had occupied her place. This was unexpected and I'm beyond grateful for her generosity. I hope to visit Faroe Islands sometime soon in the future.

Byt jsme si vybrali hlavně kvůli výhledu a výhled z okna byl parádní. Před domem spousta místa na parkování, bezproblémový příjezd. Byt je na kraji města, kousek od bytu je supermarket, do centra je to cca deset minut autem. V kuchyni spousta nádobí, na výlet jsme ocenili termosky na čaj. V popisu vybavení není uvedeno Wifi - toho jsme si při objednávání nevšimli - ale wifi v bytě je. Ještě že tak, na ostrovech jsme zjistili, že tam nemáme data :) Jediný zápor pro nás byla trochu moc úzká postel, ale na těch pár nocí se to dalo zvládnout

总体来说性价比特别高，两个问题，非常需要注意的是，房间没有WiFi，这非常不方便，二是我们是四个人，但是双人床非常小，可能只有1.4米，睡两个人非常拥挤。但是房东人非常好，房间没有吹风机，立马就给我们买来了，而且房间的位置离小猪超市特别近，步行3分钟可至，楼下有家餐厅，有汉堡，披萨，开门到23点

Vi kan varmt anbefale denne lejlighed. Den var meget ren og god på alle måder. I tilfælde vi skal til Færøerne igen vil vi gøre alt for at bo samme sted.

A clean place with a lot of resources for cooking! John was really kind and responsive too. The door lock was a little tricky but John was quick in explaining how to navigate it. View outside the airbnb is amazing too.

Vi boede 3 voksne i en uge i denne skønne beliggende lejlighed. Lejligheden var dejlig stor og rigtig fin indretning. Sengene var redt, godt med håndklæder, viskestykker mm. dejligt ikke at skulle medbringe det. Fin service med kaffe og the. Der går bus ind til byen tæt ved lejligheden. Vi kan kun anbefale denne lejlighed og udlejer. Kommer gerne igen.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing, no other compares. The host was very helpful, always quickly answering our questions. Quiet and peaceful location. There is a well stocked grocery store nearby. Perfectly well suited for a home base for exploration of the Faroe Islands.

En dejlig lejlighed med en skøn udsigt. Ren og pæn. Central beliggenhed. Fin velkomst . Det eneste lille minus var manglende beskrivelse af, hvordan opvaskemaskinen startes. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med lejligheden.

Super dejlig og let tilgængelig lejlighed, som havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Lejligheden ligger centralt, meget let til parkering og en fantastiks udsigt.

I had a terrific stay in Elisabeth's apartment; it is really cosy and well arranged. I enjoyed the peaceful neighbourhood and slept like a baby. It's conveniently located close to a hidden gem: Viðarlundin park, which is great for a walk.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location at the end of residential neighborhood but no more than 10 minutes walk to the center of town. Having our own parking spot was especially useful. Joan was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone interested in staying in Torshavn.

the accommodation was great, we stayed for 6 nights and we were happy to find out that there are 2 fast food restaurants around the corner. also supermarket and plenty of parking. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and it was easy ro communicate with Lisa.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage! Die Einrichtung ist super, es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht - von Geschirr und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach über Staubsauger, einer Waschmaschine bis hin zu einer wunderbaren Dusche. Modern, mit Induktionsherd und vor allem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht (wenig Bilder an den Wänden), aber das spielt überhaupt keine Rolle. Ganz toll ist die große Küche, die Lage (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe). Und Hilmar und die anderen Nachbarn sind alle furchtbar lieb und nett! Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Diese Unterkunft war die beste, die ich bisher hatte!

A very nice place to stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Ana's was perfect! We immediately felt at home. The entire beautiful Faroe Islands are easily accessible via day trips and we explored them quite a bit. The location, the hot tub and especially the view are absolutely amazing; we really enjoyed it! Nalu visited us almost every day, which was our absolute highlight! Suki also said hello, which made us quite happy. All in all; a wonderful vacation! We will definitely be back as soon as possible and are already looking forward to staying with Ana again, as we already miss our Nalu-cuddles.

Really pleasant stay, clean, comfortable apartment. 10 -15 minute walk to harbour, 15 minutes on the way back up the hill!!

The place was outstanding, the view on the fjord and surrounding was gorgeous. The owner has 2 lovely cats we had the chance to scratch ! Everything was there for making great meals to go and explore the Faroe Islands. Felt like I was at home, great bathroom and the 2 rooms on either side of the bathrooms give a little of privacy while travelling with friend/colleague. Would recommend.
