Beautiful property with stunning views all around. It's perched on the side of a hill overlooking the beautiful valley. We spent most of our time in the pool itself, and watching the sunset from the pool felt otherworldly. Food was also readily available via a delivery service contact provided by Joby. However a thing to keep in mind is that the approach road to the property is pretty difficult to navigate, but doable. Also the kitchen could do with some more usable stuff such as cutlery, bowls and cookware. Overall, excellent stay and we 100% recommend the property.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Travelled to Edriz with a group of friends. Friendly and sweet staff, they ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Amidst the nature, it's a beautiful space with a lot of creativity at every corner of the property. They also have swimming pool to chill and relax. Best place to pull an all nighter and party with a big group! Also, shoutout to the Cook who spoilt us with food that was finger licking good!

A beautiful pristine villa that's stunning and looks just like the pictures. I recommend staying at this place as it is the absolute best in and around Kozhikode/wayanad surroundings. This is a luxurious stay thats well maintained and has a spacious bedroom, the highlight apart from the stay is the pool that is for both adults and kids. The owner has paid great attention in maintaing and keeping the villa safe, the gates are automated (open &close) that can only be operated by the guests/owners to ensure there are no trespasses, the door have digital number locks, even watering the plants/garden is automated which is super cool. Mr Sanesh the caretaker is a gem and creates a personal atmosphere, he makes sure we are absolutely comfortable and provides key details to make our stay safe and enjoyable as possible , he even goes above and beyond his work by taking us to nearby places for our requirement. I must say I'm truly happy and will book this place again in future.

Hosted a batchelors event with my friends in the property. it was an awesome experience.Clean and big pool.Champakka tree with lots champakka.Asif arranged live barbeque at night and breakfast on our request. One of best stay near Wayanad Kerala. The host are very helpful and kind. Room and washrooms are super clean . View from the property was one of the bless to have it on morning. Swimming pool was clean. Overall one of the best stay ever had.

great place, clean and well maintained. good size pool, but mosaics could be serviced. food also could be better. best to cook your own food. otherwise excellent for peaceful and tranquil stay. would recommend to families!

Me and my family had a very good time at this property. It's surrounded by lots of plants and is located amidst nature. Tea plantation is walkable distance. There are many flowering plants and trees in the property.... We had fresh paneer fruits from the tree.... We also got banana leaf to have food... Caretaker samad is a very good person... He took us around to get some jackfruits and mangoes from the tree. We also enjoyed campfire and pool area. The view from pool area is amazing. There is basic utensils like cooker pan tawa bowls cups in the kitchen We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed jackfruit hunting the most! Thanks to samad.

The caretaker was amazing. Pool is clean and good. The forest nearby was such a vibe.

Two very pretty little cottages by the river side, with gorgeous views of the river from the balcony and a private access to the river. The cottages had all the amenities one needs including a Jacuzzi and a large screen TV. Sanjeev was very responsive yet respected our privacy. Food was homely and very very yum!
