Wonderful place to stay. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We used the bikes (free) but did not have time to use the kayaks (free). Our children were well entertained by fish and nurse sharks in the small harbour and we had a great time in the pool. Definitely a place I will recomend.

Enjoyed the great room location with cold a/c, quiet atmosphere, perfect saltwater pool, and beautiful views. We got to enjoy seeing manatees, dolphins, and iguanas from the property. There are quite a few great places right near for a quick good sandwich or bait for fishing. Will definitely be back!

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

very charming and spacious place. the master bedroom (captains quarters) is massive, and my two friends and I had more than enough room to spread out. There were plenty of towels and items for daily living (well stocked kitchen, laundry items, grilling utensils). the pool is separate from a condo but a short walk away. We had a hard time initially locating our condo b/c we didn't see a unit # outside the door itself, and went up/down the flights of stairs a few times before we found it. But once we did, it was smooth sailing. (2nd floor, take a right.) Gorgeous views and spacious patio!

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving week. The place was nice, clean, and quiet. My kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool. The condo had plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained. The Keys have lots to offer, so there is always plenty to do. Donna was very responsive, the check-in was very simple, and we had a great time. Thank you for hosting us.

I can't express enough how beautiful this property and condo are. The pictures are very accurate, but in person this place exceeded our expectations. We stayed at this penthouse unit with 3 other couples (there were 8 adults) and we couldn't have been happier. The accommodations were top-notch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. One couple slept on the pull-out sofa in the very large living room, and they found it to be super comfortable (and they got to wake-up to a magical view of the pool and ocean each morning). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the limited cooking we did while there. And having laundry facilities in the condo was super nice for throwing the pool towels into the washer and dryer at the end of each day, as well as doing a mid-vacation load or two. The property was pristine and in a great location, close to many restaurants and water activities. We're already talking about going back!

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We all felt super at home. The kids made their space on the patio and loved the outdoor TV. We fished from the pier and beach, took day trips, and enjoyed dinner nightly on the patio. overall, exceed expectations.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Lynn was great! The accommodations were as described and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were a group of 6 guys visiting the keys to fish.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

We have stayed in the upstairs unit twice and rented a boat and both times have been fabulous! The marina is beautiful and the water is so clear most days that you can see a ton of fish - like an aquarium. We watched the sunset over the water everyday. The boat was clean and was perfect for cruising around fishing and snorkeling. Lynn the host, was always attentive, informative and kind. We will come again.

Kim was a wonderful host. Always responsive and provided a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They really thought of everything and I was completely satisfied with the amenities. The biggest issue we had was that we couldn’t swim at the beach. Full of Sargassum every day. There are jetty’s on each side of the beach that trap it there unfortunately. Pool was warm so not very refreshing. We ended up using the outdoor showers to cool off mostly. The balcony is facing the side of the property versus the ocean, so u are looking at the building next door. Also very small and directly in the sun most of the day. None of our concerns had anything to do with our host. Just providing tips and feedback. Would highly recommend this host!

I don’t want to say too much because this place is a jewel. The owner is fantastic to communicate with; very friendly and laid back. Perfect place for a family with two kids. Private beach. Peaceful! Grills right by the beach with tables under a tiki hut. Excellent restaurants. Great activities and state parks all around Marathon. I’ve said too much, this place will and should be booked all the time!

The view is beautifully tropical with the ocean water alternating turquoise blues! The white sand beach, palm trees and sparkling pool added to the ambience. The condo had everything we needed, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs were a plus. There is a high school next door so you can expect high school activities. As it was our first experience in the keys, the location worked well for us. We could go back and forth across all the keys and experience what they had to offer.

The accommodation and the host delivered what they advertised and exceeded expectations by far. We had a fabulous week in The keys.

Beautiful condo right on the water. Heidi was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay in the condo again.

We have stayed at Lee and Loretta’s home several times over the past few years and it never disappoints! Clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable - both Lee and Loretta are extremely responsive with any questions we have had during our stay - we love it there!

We had a great stay at Kim's for our 25 year anniversary. The spot was even better than the pictures. And Kim was a great host, very proactive and extremely helpful. We'll definitely look to stay there again in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay, and we loved the beautiful views from the balconies and pier. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The beach was very pretty, but there was a bit too much algae for us. If you plan to make coffee, and/or wash your clothes, make sure to bring your own supplies as they are not provided.
