Charming House In the Cevennes

We stayed at Coles house for nine nights. It is beautifully and cozily decorated, and yet it has everything you need. Location, amenities, and views fit exactly with the idea you have from the south of France. Cole also gave tips in the area and was easily accessible. As for the mosquitoes, make arrangements if you want to spend the evening on the terrace. But otherwise they don't have any restrictions. Sleeping with the window open, for example, is easily possible. Note: Our car just fit in the in-house parking lot with a length of 4.40 meters. Longer cars would already protrude into the lane. They might have to be parked a few meters further in the village, but that shouldn't be a problem. From Coles house, many wonderful destinations such as Montpellier, Nimes and the sea are easily accessible by car and some driving time. In summary: A wonderful house and a friendly, helpful host.

My wife and I got a rare weekend away on our own to celebrate our anniversary. Claire’s place was just perfect for what we were looking for. Beautiful cabins set amid the trees, so peaceful and quiet, beautiful swimming pool and comfy loungers. Within a short taxi ride of the sights and restaurants of Nimes. Claire was absolutely wonderful to deal with - she could not have been nicer. We’d love to stay again.

An unforgettable break in a beautiful place. The yurt and the buildings around it (entirely made by the hosts and among the most beautiful experienced, with an incredible view) immerse us in a robinsonnade in the middle of the forest. The decor is sublime, every little detail is taken care of, in a natural and delicate style. Always on the lookout for unusual accommodation, I had been looking at yurts everywhere for years, but I was never fully satisfied. I was waiting to come across the rare, authentic, 100% natural pearl, and not a yurt placed among others in the middle of a garden. I found this rare gem at Lili's. Everything is perfect, bedding, comfort. Hikes. Wake up to the birdsong. Peaceful happiness. And what can I say about the welcome and the sensitive and touching kindness of Lili and Jean-Louis... it does so much good, in the midst of our urban tumult, to experience this kind of moment that disconnects us entirely. THANKS, and I will see you soon!

Marie Pierre and Laurent are hosts who we won't forget, for their warm welcome, their sense of sharing, their flexibility, their good advice... And the site, what to say, a small very comfortable house, independent and not overlooked with its private terrace to take meals in a beautiful well maintained park. The pool is a plus. Everything is perfect, we will definitely come back, see you soon.

We spent two weeks there in September. Unfortunately, the weather was not as warm as hoped, otherwise we would certainly have used the wonderful pool much more often. The location is great for very warm days; surrounded by trees that provide shade and bring coolness. At the same time, the pool area is in the sun. Perfect for sun worshippers, water lovers and for a relaxing day outdoors. There is an outdoor area that is great for cozy meals. Everything was very clean, the heating we unfortunately needed was activated and we enjoyed our holiday home very much. The only drawback was the bumpy drive along the private path (about 300 m). Sandrine is very nice and helpful. She was immediately willing to respond to our requests. Their dogs and cats stayed at a distance on their own and are also no problem for people who don't like animals.

Stay at the top, thank you Lucio for your welcome and your advice. Super cottage in absolute calm, large, super nice decor and top bedding. On the edge of the forest you can go directly for a walk. Great terrace downstairs with outdoor kitchen to enjoy the amazing view. We'll be back!
