Ms. Sena was a very kind and caring host, always responding to our questions quickly and kindly. We enjoyed the whole process, including check-in, welcome and check-out. The amenities at the house were as described in the ad. While the pool being heated seemed like a detail we wouldn't need at first, it offered us extra comfort and pleasure during our stay. The garden design and lighting of the house are wonderful. We are looking to visit again.

While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. We really loved the house, it was beautifully designed and everything was thought out. The facilities were quite sufficient, and it was nice that the pool was heated. We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Mr. Uğur and his wife, Ms. Aybike, were extremely interested from the beginning to the end of our reservation and responded to everything we asked in a very short time. The house was extremely spacious and we stayed with 5 people very comfortably. There are 3 rooms and a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor, and on the lower floor there is a kitchen with all the equipment you need, a spacious living room and a toilet. The pool and the entire house were spotless. Thank you for their hospitality, it was a place where we could choose once again with our friends.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We loved the villa in the photos, but when we got there, we all just loved it. Since the villa is on the hill, it has an enormous view. There is no one around that can bother you. The temperature of the pool was very nice. There is a thermometer and air conditioning in the house, you can turn it on as long as you want. Since it was cold in the evening, we opened it all the way and the floors were warm. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, except for 2 shared toilets and 1 shower place. The landscaping of the garden was amazing. When we will come as a crowded group, this will be our only address from now on. It is easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty land either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not empty enough to feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. For those who are sensitive about this, the pool can be easily entered. Its decoration is beautiful enough to stand out among other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food supplies, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

It was quiet and peaceful. There are no other houses around and it's pretty good in terms of privacy. The items that may be needed at home were thought of.
