Very convenient location, close to restaurants/pubs, shops, several game rooms for kids, park within walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable, you can wash things from the road (there is a washing machine, laundry dryer), I had enough dishes to cook my son, everything is clean and tidy. Separately, thank you that the receptionist brought a more comfortable frying pan and were able to check in a little earlier. Very good price for such an apartment, I recommend it.

Nice apartment in a new building and quiet neighborhood, easy to find. At first I was worried about the ground floor, but if you have a heavy suitcase and no elevator in the building, it turns into an advantage. There are numerous shops and a small shopping mall at a 3-min distance walk and a very good cafe Malyi Uzh quite close to the location. They have very good breakfasts. The host was very helpful and responsive, first there had been a small internet issue, which was quickly settled. Also, since I had and early train, I was allowed to check in earlier than scheduled time. The app has everything you need. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the mattress on the bed for a newer one, as it seems to be quite elderly and its springs dig into the back, this was a bit unpleasant. Also, there is a hair dryer in the apt, while the description says there isn't, so no need to take your own, as I did. Overall impression is very good.
