Beautiful place for a weekend getaway and perfect environment to enjoy silence, away from hustle and crowd of city life. Must try. The host (Mr Ashish) is very cooperative and guided us well in roaming around. Entire staff is very cooperative. well maintained property.

This was one of the best places I have visited in Uttrakhand. The view was spectacular and the property is beautiful. The rooms are nice and spacious and offer a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The staff is very polite and super accommodating. Visiting the Elphinstone in Jalna is an experience no one should miss.

This was my first time in bhimtal and I’m very pleased & thankful that I happen to choose this property! It was like a home away from home ! I have never experienced such warmth from a host..( Neha) 🥰 When I first spoke to Neha , it left like I’m talking to a friend she made sure that our stay was completely up to the mark just the way we wanted … I was in Magpie Retreat for 3 night with my family , all the staff was so good ! Hospitality was just 100% Not to miss the view … There was definitely a magic , we could experience, magic happing around in the weather! Exceptionally beautiful 😍 Food was just the way we wanted … The chef was awesome tooo :) Everyone room had a personal touch with the interior , it was like every room is a resort in its own self ! A must visit ! Thanks

10 of us went from Kolkata to Varanasi and stayed in Vedic Villa for 3 days. We parked our 2 cars inside the premises. Our stay at Vedic Villa was absolutely fabulous. The best part was the location of the Villa and the behavior of the support staffs. The Food was unmatched in quality. All the Ground floor Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Even the two guard dogs were so loveable. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely consider to stay in this property whenever we would get chance to visit Varanasi again. I will personally recommend all my friends to stay at Vedic Villa. I would only request the host to look into the maintenance and basic amenities of the rooms on the 2nd floor. We got one double bed room on 2nd floor, where there was no dressing mirror in that small room and we had to open the bathroom door and use the small bathroom mirror every time we combed our hair. However, I think, that had very little impact on our overall experience, which was too good.

Mr Sunando is an excellent host. He personally guides guests all through. He dropped in to ascertain that we were comfortable and settled. The staff -Subhash, Umaid, Bhagat were keen to meet our requirements. The cottage is located on a hill side, in a beautiful area, along tiger trail. Perfect place for environment and nature lovers including birding and trekking. The complementary breakfast was fresh, well cooked and wholesome. We enjoyed all the meals at the property itself. They arrange pick and drop from a designated parking on the road, in their own 4 wheel drives. All in all a very pleasant stay. They welcome pets. We went with our cat.

Just loved the place. Serene, calm and beautiful Raju, Beeru and Dharampal ji weren exceptional staff, eager and courteous and very polite The rooms were thoughtfully decorated, no hassle paper work , and the best part was the lip smacking food prepared by them. It's a great place, outstanding view, and truly warm and helpful staff. The resort has not tarnished the nature around. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The climb from the parking was way steeper and tougher than we thought, although finishing it was fun. Much better experience than most mountain resorts.

Our pet Tyson thoroughly enjoyed his stay and had the most amazing time of his life.

What a beautiful location! Left a piece of my heart back at Aashraya. Had the most fulfilling three days. So much to see and do around. Life slows down a lot in places like Aashraya. Depi is a great host. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Definitely returning!

We had a fantastic time at Myrica cottages. It checks all the boxes for a vacation where you just want to relax and unwind in the middle of nature. The Location: Beautiful, peaceful and completely isolated, but easily accessible. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle & bustle of the city life, then this is the place. Also there are some nice treks in the vicinity which you can do at leisure. One of those will take you to the Himalaya view point and the other to a nice, pristine water stream. the Location is fabulous. The Stay: The cottages are very tastefully done and are a perfect setting for a chilled out relaxing time either for couples or even for a group. The food: Since there is nothing in the vicinity, you will have to rely on everything from their kitchen, but the good thing is that Prakash cooks excellent food and you dont feel like you are missing anything. The Hosts: Extremely friendly and helpful. All the best to the team for future.

I stayed at Althea for a few days recently to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we had waited a long time for the day to arrive so that we can book this place for the special occasion. And Homfortable did not disappoint! It is a very beautiful luxury property with very gorgeous views. Fabulous location, great hospitality! There are multiple treks all around and the forest is very vast and beautiful to walk in. You feel totally disconnected from your daily life just by entering this place. We have stayed at many places but had such amazing food with this kind of variety after a long time in this Kumaon region. Kumaoni cuisine to Indian to Chinese to Continental to Italian - taste to classy presentation! Everything is just perfect. They also gave us an experience of cooking Bichu Ghas sabzi in a special Kumaoni kitchen with the chef. And we were served ajwain tea with aloo gutke while chatting with chef and giving the cooking a try on a desi chulha. It was a very unique experience! Most importantly, the special candle light dinner experience under the stars to celebrate my wife’s bday will always stay unforgettable! True to its name, Homfortable is truly that. Highly highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Neelkanth Retreat with a group of 9 people, and it was truly an amazing experience. The property is serene, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. A special mention to Ankit, the host, who was incredibly responsible and attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he ensured we felt welcomed and looked after. Whether it was arranging delicious meals, guiding us about local attractions, or checking in to see if we needed anything, Ankit went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean, and very well connected to nature . A perfect for a peaceful getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I 100% recommend this place. The location is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and well furnished and there is beautiful space outside to spend time and have an amazing view. More than anything, we enjoyed the kind and helpful team at this place and the helpful and friendly communication with the host. Try to come when it's not freezing anymore, as in the area heating is not so common and it might get cold. The house and garden is a peaceful place to rest and a good starting point to enjoy the powerful and beautiful places in the area.

)ne of the most peaceful stays, this place is not for the people who are looking for lots of activity around but rather a calm and peaceful environment. Rhe host Mr. Narendra Ji was available to answer any question. Special mention of the caretaker Mr. Prem Singh who made great food and was always available. Just a mention for the visitors the rooms are a short walk away from the parking, less that 50m at a slight decline/incline and the washrooms are not attached. Overall a great off-beat location to wind down from the hustle of the city.

The place is fabulous, very tastefully done and extremely well maintained. Reaching the home is a bit tricky but timely communication with the caretaker and his clear instructions helped us find it accurately. Countryville has all amenities one would want and Jaspal bhaiya (caretaker) and others were extremely helpful and cooked us delicious food as per our requirements. Siddhartha (host) was kind enough to order us our choice of cake for my mother's birthday. There are board games and speakers for entertainment and plenty of spots to lounge around on the property. Also, one can indulge in a game of badminton in the lovely lawn part of the property. A short hike to the nearby waterfall was great fun, with valuable assistance rendered by Aman (caretaker's son). All in all a must visit place, was equally enjoyable for our dog as well. Highly recommended.

From the peaceful ambiance to the warm hospitality. While the lack of nearby attractions may not appeal to all travelers, for those seeking a peaceful escape from every day's hustle this is a hidden gem.

Overlooking the young Himalayas, the north delivers a fabulous getaway experience. Suhaib has built this place with great attention to detail. There are only 2 cottages. We travelled as a group of 4 people and had the entire place to ourselves. The staff was excellent and was always available. In case someone is looking to wind down in a luxurious property away from the city lights, this property offers a perfect escape.
