Holiday rentals with a patio in Utrecht

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

It's a special home, one-of-a-kind that offers beautiful design and comfort. We stayed a number of days with our dog after a hectic time and enjoyed resting in the beautiful and private environment. Very comfortable beds and living area. The town of Nijkerk is lovely with pedestrian areas, restaurants, and train station with 30 minute ride to Utrecht, where we went to explore.

I stayed for 2 nights in Vinkeveen and truly enjoyed my time there. The area is beautiful and very pleasant. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, and the check-in was absolutely smooth. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

I only stayed one night at Tinie, but what a wonderful experience! Tinie is a clear and fast communicator - her instructions were clear and she answered all my questions immediately, which was very pleasant. The accommodation itself is really beautiful: stylishly decorated, sparkling clean and completely as described. Everything radiates peace and care. It made me feel right at home. The location is also great: easily accessible from the station and the possibility to park is super convenient. I almost regret that I was only there for one night, because this is really a place where you want to stay longer. An ideal oasis of peace – I will definitely come back!

We had a great vacation with a really nice house. We were also kindly allowed to use the garden. The old house has a charm all its own and is very comfortably furnished. We felt comfortable immediately - not least because of Kater Henk. Sandy and Martijn were easily accessible for us and gave us great tips for exploring the area. Thanks!

Tamara was an excellent host by welcoming us personally and explaining how things work in the house. The house was super clean and comfortable. The decor,furniture,bedding as well as the kitchen supplies were excellent.The house is spacious and in a cute little village. We enjoyed taking walks in the area. The host gave us great ideas of things to do in the area.

Lotte's place is really child friendly, close to the train station and with a lot pf privacy and quiet

Very nice and spacious house in a beautiful setting! Both nature and shopping in walking distance. Annemarie and Floris were friendly, quick to respond and gave us all the needed information. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in Amersfoort for an extended weekend and were allowed to be guests in the beautiful house of Anne-Sophie and her family. Everything was well prepared and the key handover worked smoothly. The house is cozy and we felt immediately comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Thanks to very good mattresses in all beds, we also slept great. The house is centrally located and is about 500 m from the main train station and about 2 km from the city center and you can reach everything on foot. In any case, I recommend this house and Amersfoort is worth a trip anyway!

Clean and walking distance to center. Good communication and provides bikes. Everything works fine, recommend!

Lovely home to stay in. Amazing location and wouter was fantastic absolute drilla.

One problem, it's quite dark. The lamps are all dim, and there's only one spot you can read a book, and I had to be careful of not banging the living room ceiling lamp with my head. The kitchen is poorly lit too. But everything else is great.

Vianen is a really lovely town, Mionne's home was extremely cozy

it was a very pleasant stay ! Carlos and Christine are very welcoming hosts. Their two cats are very friendly (I’m not really an animal person to begin with, but it was really nice to play with them). I would have liked to stay a bit longer to get to know the hosts better and to explore the cities of Hilversum and Utrecht (this weekend was dedicated for the Utrecht marathon). Nevertheless, it was three wonderful days. I highly recommend these hosts and the Netherlands!
