Very nice location to stay a few days!

Host organized and foremost, he provided us with all the information to check in and check out on our own. Spacious and clean house, suitable for a group stay. The rooms are also very spacious, with comfortable beds. The house is in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, so during the day noise pollution is practically absent. Convenient location also to reach Utrecht (we have always used the car). Great value for money.

Friendly hosts, cozy and stylish accommodation, we were greeted with cookies, rolls, eggs, jam, butter… everything available. We and our 2 dogs felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time very much. Sitting in the driver's cab was a lot of fun. The surroundings are quiet, the large trees in the avenue and the water are very beautiful, you can walk to your heart's content, sit on benches, feast...

Megan’s house is very comfortable. From the seating areas, to the decor, and floor plan. It all helped make the house a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Megan is an excellent host and the house had everything we needed. We were a family of 5 adults. Quiet street near lots of shopping.

Small is beautiful! Appartement might be small, but well thought out. I loved being able to sit outside looking at the river. surroundings are quiet and the locals very friendly - same for Bianca who was an excellent host, approachable yet never interfering, helpful and kind, even doing wash for me. Although I had no problems with it myself, I would say the place is not advisable for small children or elderly people due to the quirky staircase to the bedroom.

This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful riverside home. The environment was incredibly peaceful, and the house itself offered plenty of space for our family of five to relax comfortably. The sun terrace and greenhouse were especially lovely—bright, breezy, and perfect for spending happy, quiet moments together. Despite its calm surroundings, the location was also very convenient—only about 15 minutes to Amsterdam by taxi. The nearby town was charming and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing walk. We felt like we were living like locals, which made the experience even more special. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at Maarten's, actually we spent the first child-free weekend here and found the desired peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we felt immediately welcome. We can only absolutely recommend breakfast, so you can't get a delicious and great start to the day. The veranda also invites you to linger and lets you forget everyday life for a moment. Thank you for making this memorable weekend possible.
