Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Utrecht

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

The accommodation was really great – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Also, the contact with the landlady Lotte was super friendly and uncomplicated. She was always quick to provide advice and assistance. It is particularly positive to highlight that she gave me very detailed information about the parking situation in advance. Unfortunately, parking on site was a bit cumbersome, which led to a small deduction for me. Overall, however, a clear recommendation - I would come back at any time!

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

It was a wonderfully quiet stay in a very nice location.

We felt very comfortable in Ireen's accommodation and had a great time. Irren was very attentive and totally nice. Our child especially loved the animals on the grounds as well as the extra toys provided. The surroundings are very beautiful, you can take beautiful walks, e.g. also to the Kasteel de Haar or a farm for children.

A great place to stay and get that suburban feel for Utrecht yet close enough to enjoy its history and charm.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Very nice apartment on a cozy square in the center of Amersfoort. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and attractions within walking distance. The space is not large but very conveniently furnished. Good beds and a good shower. Definitely recommended

That’s my 2nd time at this flat. Great quiet place where to stay. The flat has everything you need and Anne is very friendly and helpful.

It's one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. Mirjam was very sweet and you could tell that it's her passion to make her guests feel welcomed. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Also I cannot not mention the excellent breakfast. It was very filling and thought out. I can't see how you can rate this place anything other that 10/10.

We loved our stay in Utrecht. A lively vibrant town - easy to get around. Rob was a very friendly and helpful host - always quick to respond to questions and provide local info. The apartment has a relaxed feel and the shower has great pressure and soft water! Hope to get back to Utrecht one day and would definitely stay at Rob's again (if available). Best wishes, Christine

Nanda’s place is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely large windows and all the facilities you would need. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift!) with the hosts’ living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Easy 5 minute walk to buses, just 3 stops to Central Utrecht. Nanda was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

I had a very good stay. It is a nice, spacious and characterful apartment. Everything is tidy and clean. Jonathan is a very friendly host and communicates well!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

The apartment is in a great, vibrant neighborhood only minutes from the downtown. It is spacious with plenty of light. Rein is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a fantastic property. Perfectly located and walking distance from main sites. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes. It was quit noisey Friday night but the appartment was so spacious and comfortable. The amenities were brilliant. This proper was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

We were very satisfied with our short break at Conny's. She and her husband are extremely friendly, courteous and really fond of children. The breakfast is really incredibly delicious! We were allowed to use the great garden. I'm sure we'll come back.
