Houseboat holiday rentals in Utrecht

Els was a great host and the location was all perfect. Close to the station for transport links, situated in a cute little park with anything u need close-by. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Utrecht 😊

We had a lovely time on Peter's houseboat. The location is great. Only a 15 minute walk to the station and the center yet incredibly peaceful. Everything we needed was available and we enjoyed the first rays of the spring sun on the dock in front of the houseboat. The daily visit from a group of geese was quite the highlight for our little boy. Peter welcomed us when we first arrived and was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We explored the corners of Utrecht and beyond with the bike and can only recommend this lovely city. So many beautiful historic buildings, lovely canals and quaint little cafes and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great experience, very Kind host

Great mix between a very livable place to stay and a bucket list experience. Easy to cook, quiet nights, cozy! We stayed 10 days and enjoyed Utrecht as our NL base. Responsive and nice host, who has great info and recommendations in her guest book. Easy (25-min walk) to get to the historic center. Host also provided 2 city bikes, making it so easy to get around. We came by car but didn't need to use it due to walkability of everything. Houseboat is very well designed - it's small but there is organized and efficient space for everything you might need, without sacrificing hominess. Woodstove with plenty of wood and the huge windows overlooking the water make for a very serene stay. We're full time travelers by car in EU/UK/Balkans for over 4 years

This is absolutely lovely houseboat owned by absolutely great people Ludovic and Patricia. We will definitely come back and recommend to all who seek tranquility and refreshing experience.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Natur überall, sehr ruhig, Bademöglichkeit und insbesondere für Fahrradtouren ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Lonneke und Luc hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Angefangen vom netten Empfang und guten Erklärungen bis hin zur flexiblen Abreise haben wir uns auf dem schönen Hausboot sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Erholung ist hier garantiert.

Magical place on the water, calm and at the same time close to the main station. The place was surprisingly spacious, with lots of plants and an exquisite book collection. We had a fantastic time!

Staying on the White Feather Suite was an absolute dream and definitely a weekend we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was serene and peaceful, with beautiful views of the canal. The boat itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, tranquil and incredibly cosy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed—from the cozy bedroom, spa like bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved waking up to the gentle rocking of the water and having our morning coffee on the deck. Vera and George were amazing hosts —super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay, even surprised us with birthday cake and gifts on arrival. This was one of the most unique stays we've ever had and definitely one for the books. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a touch of adventure, this houseboat is the place to go. Can't wait to go back. thank you both for your amazing hospitality xx

Unkomplizierter Gesamteindruck Fenster waren leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten im Wohnzimmer sind eher für Leichtgewichte . Parken war mit einem Bulli eher grenzwertig an der Straße , wäre schöner wenn man auf den gesperrten Platz kommt . Sicher hätte man dafür nur nachfragen müssen . Um den Schimmel in der Dusche an den Fugen sowie das aufgequollene Fensterbrett sollte sich zeitnah jem kümmern , tat dem ganzen aber kein Abbruch . Bettwäsche war leider muffig … sollte man aber auch nicht überbewerten .

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Dusche hatte ein Problem, das aber repariert wurde.

This place is incredible. The pictures (which are amazing) don't do it justice. Simply an incredible place, an incredible location, beautiful and immaculate home. We used it as a base to explore the surrounding area. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer in the place itself. Out of this world. If you're hesitating on this listing, don't, book it!!!! The host had fantastic communication also.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Alles hat super geklappt – von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt für unsere kleine Auszeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Es war sehr angenehm dort, man hat das bekommen was man erwartet hat, drinnen und an den Möbeln draußen ein paar weniger Spinnennetze wäre schön gewesen hat aber nicht Gestört, der Service und die Erreichbarkeit war klasse, es wurde auch am nächsten Tag direkt Wasser nachgefüllt und kommuniziert.
