Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Utrecht

We had a great stay in Hilversum! The house was even more spacious than in the photos and perfectly equipped, especially for children: games, facilities... everything was thought out for their comfort and fun. The sauna and overhead projector are real extras that make the difference compared to other listings. The location is ideal for visiting Amsterdam, which we reached very easily by train, while enjoying the calmness of Hilversum. I will recommend this house to all my friends traveling to the Netherlands! Communication with hosts was also very responsive and pleasant.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The property exudes a nice ambiance and you feel right at home. Everything was prepared so that you could immediately enjoy the holiday to the fullest. Jop is a friendly generous host who goes out of her way to make your stay as cozy as possible. If you have any questions, someone will be available immediately. This vacation was unforgettable. We are definitely planning to come back again. We thank Jop for this great experience at his villa.

The house is in a great area, you are quickly in Amersfoort and Utrecht. It is spacious and has everything you need. The property is large enough for children to play and jump on the trampoline. The landlords are easily accessible and very helpful. Someone came by on the first day to help us with an issue. 👍 The only downside: the walls are very thin and clairaudient. Unfortunately, you can also hear the neighbors in the bedrooms very well when they sit outside and talk. For sensitive ears, the house may not be the optimal choice in the warm season. All in all, a top accommodation and highly recommended!

My stay at Gary’s house was great. I enjoyed his beautiful house for two weeks which has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant time, besides that , it’s nearby city center so it has a great location. Thanks Gary for everything and wish you all the best!! Eduardo.

What a fantastic house. Large garden. The children had a large trampoline available. This is where they played all the time. Also lots of toys for our 5-year-old. Everything was available. Everything was clean. Fine decor. All kinds of things to do nearby. We're really fans and would love to come back.

Very pleasant communication and Margreet was easily accessible, nice place, sauna easy to use. Many (sunny) seats in the garden, nice cozy and clean cottage, in reality it feels a bit more spacious. Made beautiful walks nearby. You can walk into the village for a restaurant, supermarket or fresh bread.

It was a great girls vacation. Thomas is a very friendly host. We liked the covered outdoor area with the hot tub best. Totally cozy with a fireplace and lots of privacy. It has everything you need :-).

Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Goods to 6. Very nice and easy to reach. Great accommodation in a beautiful location in the middle of nature. Private, with its own parking spaces (3), contactless check-in and check-out. Very clean with plenty of equipment (bathrobes, towels, dishes, etc.) and many extras such as a private sauna, terrace with heat lamp and jacuzzi incl. simple operation. Always happy to come back! We had a wonderful stay at the BoHo house. The host was very friendly and responded within minutes and was super helpful. Overall, it was a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable. The amenities of the place are really great, there is nothing lacking. Our personal highlight was the hot tub and the beautiful huge garden. The decor of the house is unique. There is so much attention to detail in the decor, we were amazed. The bathrooms are a bit small, but each room has its own toilet and shower - very convenient for so many people. The outdoor kitchen was also great and worked perfectly. Absolutely recommended on our part! We will be happy to come back!

everything was perfectly in order, all the necessary was present, everything looked neat. the hottub was already heated so we could quickly get in. the park is full of cottages but it was not busy and we could enjoy the beautiful weather and the birds. lovely garden and space sat

Very pleasant stay, as we already knew in advance it is a very noisy house. We didn't mind at all! Very neat condition, nice that bed linen and towels were provided. Beautiful garden that we had a lot of fun in. Ideal to come with children. We enjoyed it!

The Kota of Jolanda and Falko is a wonderfully cozy place and nicely decorated. Because it is made of wood, it feels very natural inside and you can relax. The garden is beautifully landscaped with lots of nice corners and beautiful views. Its sunsets are phenomenal! You can walk into the beautiful Zouweboezem in no time. Jolanda and Falko like to think along about beautiful walks and are open for a chat. For fridge and toilet, you have to walk a little bit through the garden. If you adjust to that, that's no problem. The wifi doesn't reach to the Kota right now, but we're still thinking about editing this in the future. By the way, it does offer a chance to really switch off😉. All in all, a nice place with friendly people and a beautiful area.
