From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik) on the border of the province of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Authentic sheepfold, family, free, city center NL

The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guesthouse for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderland Valley, a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partly thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good Wifi (fiber optic) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and heated by underfloor heating.

Our spacious studio of approximately 43 m² is located on the edge of the beautiful town of Oudewater and in the middle of the peat meadow area of the green heart. The studio is a lovely space to relax for a weekend and enjoy nature but also a nice place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities. The studio includes 2 bicycles with which you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes and stand in about 5 minutes in the picturesque center of Oudewater with delicious restaurants.

Schaapskooi is a cozy vacation home. The holiday home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Also for rent in combination with the pig barn 6 people. Great for groups! On the 1st floor there are 4 single beds, can be connected 1x double bed. There is a steep staircase to the top.

Even when entering the detached cottage, it immediately feels like coming home. And that's exactly the feeling we want to give you. Our characteristic hay barn in 2018 is equipped with many comforts and gives you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Buitenplaats Rijnenburg...a wonderful base to discover beautiful Utrecht. Utrecht hardly has any nature, and that makes Buitenplaats Rijnenburg unique: only 15 minutes by car from the historic city center, this former haystack, which is now transformed into a cozy and modern stay. The haystack is located on the site of a thatched farm, which is no longer in operation. But do you want a fresh egg for breakfast? There are still chickens who would like to lay an egg.

“The Barn” on the Paltzerhoeve in Soestduinen.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Paltzerhoeve. This is where The Barn is found. Staying in this original old barn, and now cozy vacation home, is an experience in itself! Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the Estate. The presence of the stables on the property, where the horses naturally live outdoors, adds to the rural atmosphere. There's a view of horses everywhere on premises!

Farmhouse bohemian style close to Amsterdam

Welcome to our home. This beautiful farm in the typical Dutch countryside was built in the beginning of the last century. We bought & created this lovely place and split it into two houses and the barn next to it as a tiny conference place. The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

The old wagon barn on the river Lek.

This beautiful cottage used to be a 100-year-old wagon barn, of which old beams have remained in sight as much as possible. The cottage is in the yard of our 400-year-old monumental stool farmhouse, where we live with our sheep, chickens and dog. The cottage features a private outdoor seating area. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.
