Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Utah

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

This place was awesome! Exactly what we needed for 1 night. It’s a cozy bedroom with a nice large bathroom. Mini fridge, shower, comfy bed, all you need for a short term stay. We didn’t have any issues with noise from other units. The area is very nice with beautiful backdrop, and close to town. Jeremy was very quick to respond and very helpful! Very cute place. Would highly recommend!

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Plenty of things for small kids to do and older kids. They responded super fast and ensure we had everything we needed for our stay!! This was an amazing Airbnb to stay in for our visit to Capitol Reef NP. It is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever stayed in with the most amazing view from the back porch. We enjoyed the hot tub, and also watching the stars at night from the porch. The kitchen was also well stocked and the entire place was very cozy and well decorated. We would be so happy to have the chance to stay here again!

As we drive away I said “great spot” to my college aged son who responded “awesome spot”. We enjoyed fires both nights - a very local store has a porch with wood bundles for sale and a cash drop box for after hours purchases. The hot tub was great after a day walking The Narrows. The beds were comfortable and the views were idyllic.

The space was so beautiful and very well kept! Would 100% come back if we’re ever in town again, amazing for the price/location/amenities. Especially love that everything was labeled, the hosts were so friendly but we didn’t have any questions to ask because everything was so easy to find!

Michelle's place is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family stay. We stayed for one night on our way to Yellowstone. Everything was super clean, neat, and so inviting. I loved how everything was clearly labeled. It made my mind at ease. So extremely helpful when traveling with kids. The host is super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed it there! Thanks a lot!

Great little space in a nice Victorian multiplex in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities at the house, we were very comfortable. It was perfect for our quick trip to check out the university, we would stay again.

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. We loved this place if felt so comfortable had we felt at home. It was nice that they had lots of stuff to share. It really had a cozy feeling. Also it was very close to some very beautiful state and National parks.

Hank was on property when we arrived and took a great deal of time to show us the home and the surrounding landscape, hiking trails, things to do in Zion with his local knowledge etc. He even took us on a hike on his property to great overlooks and hidden caves! Hank was great.

An absolutely stunningly beautiful home only 15 minutes from the airport. I would recommend to anyone staying in Salt Lake City to check this home out.

Beautiful home, and quite comfortable. The only question we had for Allison was about the front door not automatically locking on the 2nd day. She determined it needed a new battery and had that replaced very quickly! We were never inconvenienced, and appreciated her attentiveness. We would absolutely stay here again!!! Thank you Allison!!

The spacious and spa style villa is even better in person. Located on the west side of St. George, its close enough to Bryce and Zion for a day trip. But also very central for for exploring downtown, and other state parks such as Snow Canyon and Gundlach, as well as Red Cliffs National Park. We very much enjoyed the tranquil adult pool and jetted tub after a long hike. Would definitely stay here again.

I only had a short weekend stay but I believe it was an excellent value. Beautiful location and opportunities for activities on site.
