Discover our warm apartment, ideal for 4 to 5 people, located in the heart of the four-season resort of Guzet, in Ariège.   Comfortable and well-equipped, it enjoys a perfect location: right in the center of the resort, just a few dozen meters from shops, ticketing, a restaurant and the first chairlift. You will appreciate this ideal location to allow the youngest to pick up a baguette from the grocery store, while keeping them in mind.

Located in the center of the Guzet 1400 resort, this family accommodation is close to the slopes, a grocery store and a rental store (ski, bikes, etc.). It has a parking space in the basement with elevator access. The residence has an indoor pool, and a laundry room. A 5-minute drive, the municipal pool is open in the summer season.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
