New apartment on the Ustica's sea

Sarà come sentirsi sospesi tra il cielo e il mare di Ustica, sulla prua di una nave dalla quale si gode di una veduta mozzafiato sull'incantevole mare dell'isola. E' questa la magica atmosfera che offre "La prua d'amare", quattro appartamenti con quattordici posti letto ad appena cento metri dalla piazza del paese. Gli appartamenti, tutti con ingressi indipendenti e vista diretta sul mare, sono stati ricavati dalla recentissima ristrutturazione di una palazzina, un balcone panoramico sulle splendide sfumature dei colori dell'isola.

A wonderful island, a paradise for those who want to dive, an integral nature reserve, coves with an unforgettable sea. In the heart of the historic center, typical seaside village, shops within walking distance, shuttles, house on the first floor with internal access to the terrace equipped with sun loungers and a breathtaking view. Ustica attracts snorkeling and scuba diving enthusiasts from all over the world. The house is 1 of 3 bungalows set amongst their own gardens, 5 mins walk from the sea. It includes a kitchen (oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer). 1 double bedroom, extra sleeping area in the attic with 2 single beds (+ sofabed in the lounge). Lovely external area with BBQ + shower. This is a perfect place where to relax and with 7 night, or 1 month, holiday deals is also an amazing offer.

The old lavic stones, the tranquillity of the environment, the details of the interiors. This house is like a boutique apartment, simple yet stylish. One large bedroom and a confortable living room with a cooking corner with a panoramic view. A good stereo equipment with USB/iPod/iPad/iPhone connectivity but no TV. Outside space for star watching. For a perfect relax. Ustica is a Marine Reservation since 1986 and Land Reservation since 1997: a unique environment all for you to enjoy!

The house, built with the island's lava stone, is a unique environment directly connected with the outdoor area available to enjoy the magnificent panorama that the Contrada Spalmatore enjoys, just a 5-minute walk to Cala Sidoti. Also close to the Natural Pool, the Secret Cave and many other places to discover on the island that is not there. It is important to enjoy the atmosphere and energy that the island offers, through moments of relaxation or conviviality.

Casa Carolina is a delightful and comfortable apartment, located on the first floor of a building in the center of the village of Ustica. The apartment was renovated in 2021. There is a large and comfortable living room, table and chairs, the small kitchen equipped with dishes, plates and cutlery, two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. WIFI included. The house has a beautiful furnished terrace with sea view.
