We enjoyed our vacation during Christmas very much! The owners had decorated it very cozily for Christmas with even a real fresh Christmas tree and a bag with accessories so our kids could set up the tree. super nice!! Really a great house with all the comforts . Beautiful views. Quiet. Very nice, friendly people. Highly recommended! We definitely hope to be able to go here again!!! We had a nice stay at the small, cozy hut. Close to many Hills with a nice View from the bed. The kitchen hast everything you would need and there ist enough space for up to 4 people.

This is a spacious cabin in a beautiful place with very helpful owners! We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

This place has its interesting family history, love the interior decor a lot, especially the kitchen. But the best part is the garden. We were lucky that it was sunny and we spend the whole morning having breakfast and just chilling. Great starting point for hikes/walks and a great stop on the way from/to Oslo. Kristin met us when we arrived and she was very nice. Much recommended 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Marita’s place! She responded quickly to our messages, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Also our dog felt completely at ease. The area is very peaceful and quiet. From the house you have a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying here and Aleksander has upgraded with a sauna and the outdoor area as well. Lovely place, quiet, everything works great, and close enough to several ski centers and other attractions with plenty to do. The perfect place to disconnect!

Excellent apartment in Highland Lodge with great hosts too. We really like the the private feeling at the top floor and the amazing view of the valley and mountains. The kitchen is super well equipped and comfortable furniture in the entire apartment (they even have a baby crib and Trip Trap chair for toddlers). Monica is also a great host making you feel very welcome. Can highly recommend staying with her.

Fantastic cabin. You can find the wonderful mountain view right outside the windows it was just as in the photos.

I was allowed to stay in the cabin for 6 nights, together with my dog. The bed slept wonderfully and the atmosphere in the cabin is cozy and warm. You can go for beautiful walks in the area, which I have also done a lot.

Amazing cabin with high standard and all amenities. The view is simply lovely and we have had a lot of fun during our stay. The cabin is tastefully decorated, well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was both nice and professional, and the whole experience has been impeccable. Highly recommend – we would love to come back!
