We had a great time and the are is beautiful!!

As in the past three years, we had a wonderful stay at Villa Dea. We enjoy every moment of the day here on the terrace with the breathtaking view of Como and the lake. The apartment was again very well maintained and very clean. As the last few times, we had a very nice contact with Elena. Cinzia is extremely helpful, warm and hospitable! We will come back next year and can only highly recommend the accommodation!

We stayed in Vigevano for an event and this house turned out to be perfect for our needs, just 15 minutes by car from the city. Clean, spacious, quiet, surrounded by greenery. Possibility of interesting trips in the surroundings and excellent restaurants. Our host and her father were very kind and helpful. I recommend this place.

Loved Alessandra’s comfy home in Sodriano! Impeccably clean, restful, and welcoming. Alessandra was kind and helpful. The town is peaceful yet well-connected to Milan (quick train ride). Ideal for travelers wanting calm + accessibility. 5 stars!

Olia House is a beautiful, fully renovated and modern place. We arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time and had the chance to meet Paolo’s wife, who was putting the final touches to welcome us. She was very friendly and took the time to show us around. Everything was spotless, and she even mentioned having freshly cut the grass especially for our dog — such a thoughtful gesture! The only downside was the parking situation, which can be a bit tricky. It’s important to follow Paolo’s instructions exactly, otherwise you might get stuck — as we did. Paolo was traveling abroad at the time but responded quickly and helped us find a solution. We eventually managed to free the car and ended up using the free public parking just a couple of minutes away, which worked well for the rest of our stay. Overall, a lovely house and a warm welcome! Thank you!

The house was gorgeous inside and outside. The view was even better than I thought. Very quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and responsive. The lift was helpful for me and husband so we didn’t have to go up and down the steps. The only thing I didn’t know about was the house was very close to other houses. I thought it was more seculuded. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and with attention to detail. Check-in was simple and on time. The host was kind and helpful for every need, always responding quickly. I absolutely recommend it to those looking for a quiet accommodation!

We felt at home! The town center was very close by.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

If I could give more stars I would. Me and my family loved it here, the photos do not do it justice at all. It’s absolutely stunning. It was clean, comfortable and just as described. We rented car and easily got to restaurants near by and the ferry. If we had questions we got prompt answers. Wonderful stay,

Erica was flexible and available for our every need and request. He welcomed us in person and guided us to this beautiful house all restored and connects an ancient-modern contrast that makes us dream. The house has everything that can be useful for both cooking and organizing a nice lunch. The rooms are super cozy and spacious: in 11 we were very comfortable. As described, the temperature inside the house is 18°, but it may seem lower given the dispersal and low outdoor temperatures in January. The hot water seemed to disappear from the shower for a few seconds/minute, but come back with a shut-off and reopen. ANYWAY, we had a great time! Like at home and in this wonderful space that we definitely recommend for a getaway, a weekend in the mountains and with friends. Thank you Erica!

Great accommodation, very convenient location (cca 10 min walk from the subway). Clean and well-decorated house, equipped with everything you may need. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking space inside the courtyard. Definitely recommend!

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had, highly highly recommend. The photos do not do the view justice, it is truly amazing. The pool is perfect for families with children. The air BnB has everything you could need, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean modern bathrooms, so specious. We had the most amazing week! Deborah is an incredible host, very detailed guide book, excellent communication, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was super. We didn’t want to leave. It is a 30 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Menaggio. The hill to the top is steep with cars/walking but it is so so worth it for the view. Thank you Deborah, we couldn’t have had a better time.

I chose Villa Faustina to organize a party with friends and I couldn't have made a better choice. The house is large, clean, well organized and the garden with swimming pool offers the possibility of being outdoors in company. We had a blast! Plus: Simone is a great host, super helpful and very quick to communicate. I absolutely recommend this place :)

The house is in a beautiful area with a view on the lake. The pictures don’t even show how big the garden is. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are air-conditionned. We had a great time here!

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
