Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Üsküdar

Our stay was well catered for, everything necessary is present. All rooms have aircon and the beds are comfortable which are always my main concern. The area is perfectly situated within the outskirts of the hub of Besiktas. Walking to the bustle is a matter of minutes while also maintaining a peaceful neighbourhood without any noise affecting sleep. The terrace upstairs is epic and rare.. there’s also a great stereo in the living room which was handy for our stay. The only thing missing is hanging space for clothes, they’re no closest in the bedrooms which is a bit tricky Needless to stay I’d book again in a heart beat as we were all impressed by the comfort convenience and cleanliness

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı, evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Yer resimlerdekinin aynısı ve evde tüm olanaklar mevcut. Yerin konumu çok merkeziydi ve kolayca ulaşım sağlayabildim. Hakan Bey son derece dost canlısıydı, sürekli ihtiyaçlarım konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Tekrar konaklamayı düşündüğüm yerlerden biri.

Gayet kendi evimde hissettiğim bir konaklama oldu muhit zaten bilenler için çok güzel bi konumda her şey güzeldi her hangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık

Ev gerçekten resimlerdeki gibi güzel. Yataklar ve çarşaflar temizdi. Televizyon internete bağlıydı youtube ve netflix var. Keyifli vakit geçirdim gene geleceğim. Teşekkürler Mehmet Bey.

Arnavutköy'ün kalbinde, İskele'ye 5 dakika, Bebek'e 15 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde harika bir tarihi ev. Evin bulunduğu semt oldukça sessiz ve huzurlu. İç mekanda; ışıklar, ahşap konsollar ve masalar harikulade bir atmosfer yaratıyor. İstanbul'daki en hoş evlerden biri olduğunu söylemeliyim, alabildiğine samimi bir ev. Ev sahipleri de oldukça duyarlı, misafirperver insanlar.

Nice house in Besiktas that provides good/quick access to many attractions in Istanbul while not being in too busy side. The house matches the description and the photo; it is nicely designed/decorated. The 3 AC units that are strategically installed helped a lot with our comfort during the stay. The house is in walking distance to center of Besiktas (~10 min) but getting the house requires some uphill walking (in case if you are not physically able but was considering walking).

Aksel Bey’in evi aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. 2+1 evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Akıllı ev sistemine sahip, yerden ısıtmalı, gayet konforlu bir daire. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Çok memnun kaldık genis, ferah ve temizdi. Konum çok merkezi

Öncelikle ev sahibi her zaman sorularıma çok hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Girişte ve çıkışta hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Ek olarak vaadilen hizmetleri kullanma noktasında (havuz vs.) yardımcı oldu. Çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşattı. Ev temizdi, manzarası muhteşemdi. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir evdi.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Gerçekten tek kelime ile inanılmaz bir yer . Ev harikaydı beklediğimizden çok daha büyük ve bütün eşyalar yeni . Tv , internet Herşey sorunsuz çalışıyor . Yatak o kadar rahattı ki Burak’a nereden aldığını sordum 😊 Ev sahibi Burak tam bir yaşayan efsane . Ne zaman mesaj atsam saniyesinde cevap veriyor ve sürekli bana 24 saat mesaj atabilirsin veya arayabilirsin diyordu. Ayrıca Burak’ın lobi katında bir marketi var . Bu market hem fiyatları iyi hemde Herşey mevcut . Bu adam bir efsane gerçekten sana teşekkürler Burak mutlaka geri geleceğim.

Konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Ev sahibi oldukça anlayışlıydı ve esnek giriş imkanı sayesinde geliş saatimiz sorun olmadı. Daire tertemizdi; hem nevresimler hem de banyo özenle hazırlanmıştı. Merkezi lokasyonu sayesinde şehirdeki birçok noktaya yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca balkondan görünen manzara gerçekten harikaydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

Super tolle Ausblick auf den 15. Temmuz Brücke einfach fabelhaft & großer Balkon. waren 7 Tage im AirBnB die Gegend ist super schön viele Serien werden dort gedreht, zudem ist die Gegend für Touristen auch super, da man fast nur einheimische dort hat ergo die preise der Lokalen Geschäfte sind super. Alle Busse fahren nach Üsküdar mit einer Dauer von 10-15 Minuten ab da hat man alle Verbindungen die man braucht. Super AirBnB um den ganzen Stress der Stadt und der Überfüllung aus dem Weg zu gehen. Gerne wieder 👍🏼👍🏼

Çok iyi bir konumda, güzel dizayn edilmiş, tertemiz bulduğumuz bir ev. Bartu bey bir sorumuz olduğunda hemen ve çok nazik bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Evi tam olarak fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi bulduk, konumu sebebiyle her yere çok kolay ulaştık, tekrar İstanbula geldiğimde yine bu evde kalmaya çalışacağım. Mekanların üstünde olduğu için akşamları ses oluyor fakat pencereyi kapatınca sorun oluşturmuyor, bu konum için gayet kabul edilebilir bir durum. Bizim için sorunsuz bir deneyim oldu.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen in Kadiköy, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von den Fähren sowie zur Metro entfernt. Zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely comfortable house for our family of 4. Great views and well equipped. In order to get to Üsküdar town and the Fatih easily you need to take a bus which was not ideal but cengelkoy itself is a nice village with some good restaurants and a great historic tea house. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Şehir dışından gelen misafirlerim için Ceren Hanım’ın evini kiraladım. Ev son derece konforlu, eksiksiz ve düzenliydi. Küçük bir ihtiyaç (tava) sebebiyle kendisine ulaştığımızda bile çok hızlı bir şekilde çözüm üretti ve yeni tavalar temin etti. Ceren Hanım’ın pozitif yaklaşımı, anlayışı ve desteği sayesinde çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyor, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.
