Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Üsküdar

It was a very nice stay. It was as it appeared in the photos and clean. There was noise because there was construction work outside. Other than that, there was no problem.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. The city is awesome, and the people are great! Thanks so much, Yusuf! Thanks again! Ciao!

The house is clean and spacious, it consists of two floors, a hall and kitchen floor, and a floor for 4 bedrooms and toilets, all of which contain air conditioning, the host is excellent but slow to respond

Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

I think every person in Istanbul should experience this place once. It is a very nice neighborhood. I enjoyed the time I spent there. The host responded very quickly to the questions I asked. I thank the host for providing this service to us...

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Charming little place within walking distance to Taksim Square. Ugar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few requests, and he was more than happy to accommodate them. After six weeks of travelling and staying in and out of hotels, stepping into Ugar’s apartment truly felt like coming home. The bed was comfortable, the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, and the building felt safe and secure. I’d happily recommend this place. The only small issue was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen - likely just an oversight that I’m sure will be sorted quickly.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

First of all, this space is STUNNING!! So comfortable, with a gorgeous view! Hasan was attentive, helpful and quick to respond with any of our needs. I would highly recommend this Airbnb during your time in Istanbul.

Good living facilities. Good transportation. Immediate response to complaints. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The hill road is a bit tough.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

The house was definitely very clean, we went for our friend's bachelor party, everything was clean, we had a great time, our belongings were moved to the house, we had no problems with communication, thank you very much.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

The accommodation was exactly the same as in the photo. We had no problems with communication, our questions were answered immediately. The location was very convenient and safe. We received it clean and tidy. It's a really ideal place to relax, have fun and swim

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.
