Perfect location, felt just like home. Host experience is solid.

Caner has a very cozy place! Great for four people. Although, It gets pretty hot in the 2nd and 3rd story of the home. Air conditioning is only on the first floor. Bathroom could use an update too, there’s a little bit of black mold forming on the rim of the bathtub. Other than that, the place is very nice and close to the market streets.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Nice house in Besiktas that provides good/quick access to many attractions in Istanbul while not being in too busy side. The house matches the description and the photo; it is nicely designed/decorated. The 3 AC units that are strategically installed helped a lot with our comfort during the stay. The house is in walking distance to center of Besiktas (~10 min) but getting the house requires some uphill walking (in case if you are not physically able but was considering walking).

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was excellent — very quick, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and everything was clearly explained. The apartment itself is just perfect — ideally located on a quiet street, yet just around the corner from cafes and shops. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, but we were informed about that in advance — and honestly, the beautiful view is worth every step! You're just a short walk from the ferry dock, which makes it easy to explore different parts of Istanbul by boat. There are also many great sights within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you might need, whether for a short or long stay. We combined work and vacation — and working with a view of the Bosphorus was pure joy. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing time staying at Dilan's apartment! It was very clean, cozy and stylish, with everything you might need. The location is great - Ortaköy ferry piers is just 10 minutes away, there are plenty of cafes and shops along the way, yet the surroundings are quiet (definitely worth exploring). Dilan responded to our questions very quickly. Highly recommend!

Beşiktaş’ın tam göbeğinde tarihi bir ev.. kapıdan çıktığın an bar, meyhane, fırın ve restsurantlar var. Her şey elininin altında. Sahil yürüme mesafesinde. Keyifli bir yer. Aşağısında bu kadar mekan olmasına rağmen eve çok fazla ses gelmiyordu . Tabii çok hassas olanlar için farklı olabilir durum. Ev temizdi, eşyalar düzenliydi, ferahtı. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Banyo, çarşaf konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık temizdi. Evde kötü bir koku yoktu. Ev sahibi güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Her konuda size yön verebilir. Misafir giriş çıkışı konusunda da anlayışlılar. Tek dezavantajı vardı. Üst katında yürüyen insan sanki o an kaldığımın evin içindeymiş gibi ses geliyordu. Eski olmasına rağmen sağlam bir ev gibi duruyor fakat alt üst bina ses dengesi biraz şaşırtıcı olabiliyor 😊 Ben çok memnun kaldım teşekkürler emeklerine sağlıkkk. Tekrar tercih ederim

Die Unterkunft von Hakan ist sehr gut gelegen, der Check-In hat super funktioniert und Hakan war bei Fragen immer schnell zur Seite. Für kurzzeitige Aufenthalte bis eine Woche sehr geeignet.

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Walkable to restaurants, bars, supermarket, the mall, etc. Easy to access public transportation. A “home away from home” is a great description.

This property is clean, modern, compact, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything needed for a home from home. The area around the flat has great atmosphere and not far from sea, close to a range of transport connections, feels like the heart of Istanbul! Cute balcony where you can unwind and take in some sea views. Many amenities for cooking food or doing laundry. Thoughtful information/guide sheet in the room was a nice touch. The hosts were warm and welcoming with great communication and determined to help us have the best stay. Also a very reasonable price. On the whole, a perfect place for a first time in Istanbul and I would definately come back again.

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen in Kadiköy, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von den Fähren sowie zur Metro entfernt. Zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Safe area and very easy to get around. Found the host very helpful when I had questions. The area was nice as everything was walking distance such as the metro and grocery stores. The rooms were clean and the apartment felt nice to walk around in. The elevator was very helpful to get stuff to and from the rooms if you were to rent more than 1 room. Overall had a very good experience and would recommend to someone who is looking for a place to stay for a short visit to Turkey.

Burak was super responsive and helpful. And the place was exactly how it was in photos and description. I cant recommend it more! I already plan to book Buraks place for the next months!

Metrobüs ve metroya yürüme mesafesinde 1-2 kişi için gayet uygun bir daire. İlk kat mini avm, süpermarket ve muhtelif restoranlar mevcut. Hatta daireye aşağıdaki cafeden kahve dahi söylenebiliyor. Otoparkın kullanımına izin verilmesi güzeldi. Ev sahibi sorulara hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Anadolu yakasında merkezi bir lokasyonda kalmayı tercih edenlere tavsiye ederim.
