The apartment is ideal for hikers and cyclists: forests and meadows start right at the house, the Usatal cycling path leads past our village from Feldberg via Bad Nauheim / Wetterau to Nidda. The BAB 5 is only 10 km away.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Von hier aus können viele Ausflüge gestartet werden: Hessenpark, Saalburg, Lochmühle und Wanderungen. Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants sowie Supermärkte sind in Laufnähe. Die Anfahrt kann auch mit der Taunusbahn erfolgen. Hiermit erreicht man ebenfalls Bad Homburg und Frankfurt in Direktverbindung.

The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years. It has become modern, practical, efficient but also very cozy and offers an oasis of well-being of about 150 m² on 2 floors.
