Apartment holiday rentals in Usedom

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the roof terrace on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Less than 5 minutes' walking distance to the marketplace. Quiet despite its central location, parking only in the public area. A very nicely furnished apartment, it is also large and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable at the apartment, would be happy to come back.

We were able to feel right at home in the accommodation. It is very central and easy to reach from the train station. The apartment is equipped with many details that make your stay easy. Diana has thought of everything, so you can relax well from your daily program here. Highly recommended.

Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. Parking lot from the house. Apartment is recommended

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Nicole made the check-in super uncomplicated and was always available for questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the little touches, such as the chocolate provided – a very sweet gesture!

Everything was fine. We had a few very nice, relaxing days. Having a sauna in the apartment is really nice, unfortunately it was too warm for the fireplace;). The contact with Constance was quick and very nice. We will be happy to come back. Best regards from Markus and Ulli

Birgid and KaWi are two very open and warm people who made us feel immediately comfortable. The apartment is cozy and in a few minutes you can walk to the lake or the national park. By bus you can get to the surrounding villages about every two hours. All in all perfect to spend a few quiet days in nature.

It was a really very nice holiday! The place was absolutely classy and very quiet! Everything was super clean! The concept on site is super thoughtful! The local contact persons were always very helpful and gave good tips for excursions, etc.! We will be happy to come back!

Since the first contact with Izabella, I knew we were in good hands. I've experienced some lovely Hosts, but Izabella was exceptionally caring, courteous, and friendly. She proactively contacted us a few days before arrival to describe all the details for arrival. This made check-in smooth and it was even easier to get into the apartment. We loved the place right away. It is totally cozily furnished and you have everything you need. The fenced garden was particularly beautiful. This allowed us to let our dog out in between. If there were no neighbors outside, he was able to move freely. In the apartment everything was very clean and there was nothing missing. Also the small bike garage in front of the house was very useful for us. On our next visit to Usedom, we will be happy to come back to Izabella's place. :)

We have been guests here several times and will be happy to come back. The place is small but cozy and well decorated. The location is quiet, with lots of opportunities for things to do in the region.

We had a relaxing holiday here in a well-kept accommodation. The location is very idyllic. Access via key box without problems and parking space directly in front of the apartment. The beach is right around the corner and not as busy as other sections. Very happy to come back 😊

A really very nice apartment, quietly located, away from the large tourist centers on Usedom, therefore very well suited for relaxing, very original and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the accommodation.

Great stay at the place Beautiful as described in the photos. Beach nearby at 10 mins walking and a great patio overlooking the boating dock. Place was clean and easily reachable by car. Plenty of parking available Only minor issue was that Gudrun manages her BnB through someone else. We were asked to pick up the keys from 8kms away. Thankfully this amazing person who was managing it drove to the BnB Also during check out, there was a bit of back and forth with where were we supposed to leave the keys. Not a big thing but led to some confusion. Nevertheless great stay. We enjoyed it and hopefully will be back again sometime

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

Very nice hotel complex with guarded entrance! Apartment is as in the photos, very clean, very tidy. Perfect for people who want it a little quieter! Shopping is just under 1 km away so within walking distance. The beach is the highlight, a short walk there, and there is also a bar on the beach! We can really recommend the apartment

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). Great host couple who are available and hugely helpful. Louie (3 years) has already asked when to go back - and otherwise misses the chickens 🥰 Lovely holiday🤩

We were in this great place with two families (4 adults, 3 children: 6, 5 and 2 years). The condo is huge and offers a lot of space even for two families. It's excellently equipped and we haven't missed anything. The whole area and the location of the condo right to the pool is great for children. The path to the beach can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes with children. There is a small bakery and a supermarket on the way (larger supermarket not far as well). We liked it so much that we will definitely come back. Thanks to Monika for the great time!

Our first time in Rügen. We loved it and the apartment was perfect for that. Very nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. We'd definitely come back. Beate is very nice, helpful and very quick to answer my questions. Check-in was easy and easy. What would have been nice would have been if there were bathrobes in the apartment or an information that you have to take some with you, as you can use the sauna and the pool on the roof.
