If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Very nice place in a quiet location. We enjoyed the stay here very much. We'd love to come back.

Very nice apartment. If I were to improve something it would be the shower cabin. The bathroom was very nice and big but the shower cabin was very tight.

There were two of us there for a week over New Year's. The apartment is great, the whole house is very new, underfloor heating, large bathroom and large bathtub make it cozy even in winter. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the apartment offers plenty of space for two, we did not use the second bedroom under the roof. The apartment was perfectly clean. For us, it was the ideal apartment for this vacation. Usedom is also worth a trip at this time of year to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back.

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

Conny and her husband welcomed us warmly and offered us a nice apartment that was perfectly furnished and corresponded to the photos. A car is advantageous in the somewhat separate location, but of course we were aware of that. .... We can fully recommend the apartment and location for relaxing days on Usedom and thank Conny for the beautiful time...

We liked the stay in Ines' apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a little "grandma" flair, which creates a good atmosphere. A great large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, good beds and nice seating in the courtyard, which we could not use due to the rain. The bicycles were dry and safely housed in the carport.

Very nice little apartment in a great location. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach is right on your doorstep. We were there in mid-May with our dog. The village itself was still very quiet at that time, which was ideal for us. Sometimes we had the entire beach almost to ourselves in the morning. Wonderful. All around, however, there was everything you needed. Shopping, good restaurants and Binz or Sellin with the chalk cliffs can be reached within half an hour by car. Cape Arkona is just 15 minutes away. My girlfriend, I and our dog can recommend this apartment without reservation.

Our stay at this Airbnb was just perfect! The apartment is just like in the photos – or even better! For us, the sauna was definitely the special extra we were looking for. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the living room is ideal: bright and cozy, with a terrace with sea view. There are restaurants and cafes in the area, the area is very quiet and the people are incredibly friendly. Communication with Jörg was excellent – he always responded very quickly and was very attentive. Only a minute's walk away is a bus stop (line 21), which you can use to get around easily without a car. We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Rügen!

We enjoyed the extended weekend at the apartment. Calm and idyllic. Perfect for traveling with your dog. The nearest shopping facilities were about 10 minutes away by car and the Baltic Sea could also be reached in about 20 minutes by car. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the little break to the fullest.:)

There is everything you need in the apartment and it is lovingly furnished. For my taste, it could have been cleaner in some corners, and the dishes should also be checked for cleanliness in the meantime. The apartment is quiet, both the beach and all shopping are within walking distance. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment.

The house is great and comfortable. You can use only upper floor and we were lucky and can use garden and terrace for all time we were in the house. Thank you very much to Juliane for this possibility! Evenings on the terrace are unforgettable!

The apartment "Usedom" with its south-facing balcony was perfect for me! Everything you need - friendly welcome with welcome emails - easy check-in - information about possible activities available - everything is hassle-free. For me and what I needed the place was great! We were there for a long weekend and felt very comfortable. You can get everywhere by car and even have your own parking space. The landlady was always very nice and answered all our questions promptly. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new development with a playground, a pool in the basement, a fitness room and private parking in the garage. You can walk to the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and we liked it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful view from the window is the deciding factor. Bonuses in the form of a panorama, a pool is super. I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice Place and Perfect Location!

Renata's accommodation was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the whirlpool. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Renata was very straightforward and fast. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back.

Great apartment, host and beautiful view from the place. The host was very clear with checkin instructions and very responsive. The apartment was very well kept, clean and exceeded our expectations with a wonderful view of the city. The amenities were also a huge plus, private underground parking as well as an indoor pool on the bottom level. Overall was an excellent stay!
