Beautiful house, clean, well located, well decorated, perfect pool, efficient kitchen, well decorated suites with great beds. well wooded and extremely quiet surroundings so sounds of nature. only lack of fondness at the entrance pada the road village on the floor but nothing terrible.

Also, the private access to the beach allows guests to enjoy a warm, quiet and lush sea. The house of Mr. Alpeno offers us a real invitation to quiet. Myself and my family have taken great advantage and wish to return at another opportunity. Finally, I want to keep it on record that Mr. Alpeno is an excellent host. He served us quickly and helped us solve an unforeseen event with great cordiality and attention. We spent 3 wonderful weeks in Rodrigo beautiful little house. The house is equipped with everything you need and the little terrace and the hammock in the garden are perfect to spend hot days outside. Rodrigo was an amazing house and we definitely recommend his place.

The house is a delight! We had a problem with the hot water, but Mirna promptly solved it. The stay was very good!

Our Estádia in the house was very good, the house well organized and clean, we went in six people and everyone liked it. We hope to return soon. Thaís is well-educated and very attentive, a love!

It was a great stay. The cottage is very close to the beach, you can walk there easily, about 5 to 10 minutes. Very nice and spacious bathroom. Kitchen has utensils to get by. Amanda communicates very well and responds quickly.

The experience was the best possible. The house is even better than the photos. Extremely clean and had everything, plate and floor cloths, towels, bedding, even blankets to curl up. The very helpful host, left a list of instructions and still responded to the messages immediately, left nothing missing. We checked in early a little bit and extended the check-out, courtesy of the host, which pleased everyone a lot. The kitchen is quite complete, has all the necessary accessories, oven, microwave, Airfryer, pots, canisters and other utensils. The only negative points are the access, because the streets are dirt and it rained a little so it got a lot of mud and the question of just having a shower for everyone, we were 14 people so it got a little hindered, but nothing to end the good experience that was. We are very pleased and we recommend the space to everyone.

Norma and Juscelino were very friendly and helpful in receiving us, we were not left unattended for a moment. The space is beautiful, clean and cozy, at a comfortable distance from the center and with a nearby market. We would definitely be back for other seasons!

Well, it's our second year spending New Year's Eve at Luciana's apartment. The apartment is spotless, comfortably accommodates the number of people described in the listing, beds are like hotel beds, and all equipment was as new. We were always well attended when we had any questions, our New Year's Eve was perfect. We'll come back another time.

It's a family home, where it quickly feels well integrated. Katia is an adorable mother, always available, and generous, she is the sun of the house. The neighborhood is popular, risk-free, close to the river and boats/water activities. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center, 40 minutes to reach the furthest beach but there are motorbike taxis and other means to get there

We were FORTUNATE to find this apartment and stay a few days in it. He is SUPER WELL taken care of, has everything we needed and even more. The apartment is super cozy and clean, it doesn't have that weird smell that the rental apartments usually have. The bed is delicious and the bed linen impeccable, I napped 2 times in the hammock and felt cozy. My stay was excellent, we had no problem, super organized and clean apartment, good decoration. Mr. Milton always available. The beach in front is great for bathing and hiking. My children loved it, we even added one day to our stay. However, you need to have a car to reach other beaches, restaurants and markets. Nothing too far away, 20 minutes is in the center of Serra Grande. The condominium itself needs painting and maintenance, but the apartment and the beach make up. I'll come back other times.

cottage with everything you need ...spacious.... comfortable... very friendly tatiana...ready to help.... the location is central.. steps from the center ....and where boulebar begins.... q I know with pituba (main boulevar) ... you can walk to the beaches.... safe place.. pq is in an enclosed condominium..maybe it is not so private ... and a corridor .. that at the bottom this cabin... but that makes it very safe .... it does not have privacy to be community... but it is a very easy cabin clean. fincional ..even with roof to make roasts... and hang clothes..... very well located ..nls felt right at home
