The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym room and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there's plenty of room to play, play, or catch a great movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor, as well as the room + creak room and dressing area downstairs.

The flat is centered in Nordhavn with ocean view. It is right next to Østerbro and you have 3 minutes to the train, which takes you down town within 8 minuttes. Everything is brand new and the flat is spacey with good lighting and ambience. It is 115 sqm and four rooms. There is a high end bakery and burgerbar on uppersit corners. Both very delicious. There are three supermarkets within 200m and swimming 100 m from flat entrance. Movie theather right next door.
